I will let the viewer decide on how the sales team did. From the time I signed the contract it took three additional days for me to receive my Jeep. The radio didn't work and still doesn't. The engine light came on less than a month of purchase. Durning the purchase process I was told by the sales person that Autonation will cover any repairs for up to 60 days however when I sent the car in for repair. The same sales person said I must have misunderderstood him, eventhough we talked about possible repairs for at least 30 min. I did purchase an extended warranty thankfully but the warranty only covered a portion of the repairs. I purchased a warranty that should have covered the majority of repairs. It wasn't cheap. The repairs took 8 days and a CAR DEALERSHIP did not have a loaner and I had to spend $500 dollars on transportation. The worst part is the sales person did NOTHING to help resolve the issue. So I ask those who are reading this message. How did the dealership do???

Our car broke down on a Friday night and was towed here. They looked at it Saturday morning and got the part in Tuesday. Super quick and glad they fit us in!

Waited over two weeks for an oil change appointment and tire rotation. They could not find the jack and forgot to reset the oil alarm so they asked me to go back. I watched a YouTube and did it myself.

Good service in person just don’t try and call for updates. Can’t reach anyone via phone. What about a text or email update on my car? Other dealerships do this and more (video) and it’s great. I spent $2300 on regular maintenance so maybe some of that profit margin can go towards technology upgrades?
