Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland
I was referred to Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep Broadway by the Costco Auto Program. Brandon Schmier contacted me to find out what type of vehicle I was interested in. I gave him the details and he located a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for me. He arrange to have the vehicle ready to test drive when I arrived. Brandon arranged to have Behrooz,a colleague on his team to take me out for a test drive since he was working with another customer. Behrooz was very professional an was able to explain the many features on the vehicle to me. Once I was satisfied that the vehicle was what I wanted Brandon had me work with Kamran on the financials. He too was very professional and clear on the process to purchase the vehicle. Kamran arrange to have the vehicle released to me while we awaited the final transfer of funds. Once that took place Brandon drove to my residence and exchanged the dealer plates with the temporary plate and gave me the temp registration. Brandon answered my questions about the car and assisted with some of the settings I wasn't aware of at the time. The entire process was easy to navigate and everyone I dealt with were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Great customer service and friendly staff. So helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter was in car accident in July the person who hit her caused car to be totaled out. His insurance company paid for part of the loan and we are still working with gap to pay the remaining balance. Jason was awesome in helping us out with what our options were. Ending up doing a 3 year lease with option to buy at the end of it. Manager took care of some issues with body work on the car. Card was brand new and she made things right. In future I will go back to them for a car. So pleased with all of the staff at this location!

our experience with this dealership was impressive. Everyone we worked with worked with was very pleasant, explained everything clearly and answered every question we had. There is some hail damage to the vehicle we purchased and we're working with our salesperson, Jason to get the vehicle repaired. Jason has been in contact with us to keep us updated on scheduling. Everyone we met has bent over backwards to help in with whatever we needed. Bobby in finance was is a great guy to work with. I would recommend both gentlemen to friends if they were looking to purchase a car.

Had a great experience. Danny Madigan the G.M made our process nice and smooth. Couldn't believe he took time to actually come and introduce himself to us. The whole staff was great.

When my battery died, I called the dealership I had
When my battery died, I called the dealership I had purchased the car from, and was told they could not get to it for 4 or 5 days as I did not have an appointment. Then I called AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. The difference was like night and day. I got in and got help under warranty within a few hours. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Thank you to my service writer Jack and all the people who I didn't get to meet who worked on my car.

Jeep Wrangler locker sensor issue
Waited 3 weeks for service appointment. After dropping off vehicle it was another week before tech looked at it. In end tech was not able to determine cause of issue. Vehicle returned nine days after appointment.
