We were very pleased with service department .

We were very pleased with service department .Warranty was explained in detail. We were given time to come up with out of pocket expenses.Awesome job on service department and timely mechanic work.

Noise from Jeep

A noise was coming from my Jeep. Although Jack could not replicate, he did a thorough inspection of the undercarriage.

Bought a vehicle there a month ago.

Bought a vehicle there a month ago... planned to do a trade in, but they offered $6,000 less than another dealership had offered. Also, the finance person made unnecessary / unprofessional comments to me about not wanting to buy an extended warranty. I understand the corporate side of this, but people should be treated better - this had the feel of upper management pressure to take advantage of people. Overall, i'm happy with the car, I just want people who walk in there to be treated a lot more fair. Also, it was disturbing to be added (without permission) to a warranty service mailing list and also SiruisXM Radio promotions (also unwanted).

I worked with Brian Cartagena as my primary contact

I worked with Brian Cartagena as my primary contact through sales. Brian was great and answered every question I had. Brian deserved 5 stars! There was a middle man who spoke to me about my trade-in and financing before I moved on to the actual financing department. The conversation with the middle man felt a little aggressive. I felt pushed in some aspects, and there was some miscommunication. Speaking with Kamran in financing helped straighten things out and get to an agreement that met my needs. Maybe the middle man step is unnecessary and counterproductive.
