I purchased my Lexus from Kuni and have had it serviced...

I purchased my Lexus from Kuni and have had it serviced there from the start--I now have over 100,000 miles on it and it still looks and feels new. Jared has always taken exceptional care of me whenever I have taken it in for service. I would highly recommend Kuni Lexus to anyone that might be interested in a new or used car.

I always expected great service when I bought a new Lexus...

I always expected great service when I bought a new Lexus in 2007, but the service I received exceeded my greatest expectations. I brought my SC430 in when I had a battery problem, after I bought a replacement battery. Jeff Valley spoke with his management team, and not only reimbursed me for the battery I bought, but installed a battery charger so when I left my car for long periods of time I could hook it up to the charger to keep it in great shape. Then, after a couple of years in my Lexus it developed a rattle in the passenger seat. I was hesitant to even ask for help... I mean, a rattle in an aging car. Jeff, at Kuni Lexus took my car, removed the passenger seat, and found and repaired the rattle (while I enjoyed a brand new Lexus loaner vehicle). Whenever I bring my Lexus in for service I'm greeted at the door and Jeff Valley comes to take care of my every need, He even makes sure my magnetic US Flag is safely removed when my car goes through their carwash. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive by Jeff and the team at Kuni Lexus, not to mention their great customer lounge and refreshments and amenities if I decide to wait for my car. Thanks Jeff, and thanks Kuni!

I'm giving Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village a positive...

I'm giving Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village a positive rating because the friendliness of the staff made having my car service a breeze. The day I had my car in for regular service they had a power outage. This could have made a process that has in the past been a hassle even worse. However Zach gave me a call to let me know what was going on and a time frame for everything to be completed. They went above and beyond keeping me up to date on what was going on with my car. Also when I got the car back at night, they had cleaned everything and it looked brand new. Thank you to Zach Rodriguez and the team at Kuni Lexus!

Great Service; Very Smooth Buying Experience

Scott Bakay did an amazing job helping us find a vehicle from start to finish. There was no hassle, no pressure, and it made for a truly enjoyable experience. Kuni Lexus and Scott went out of their way to make things happen for us, and we greatly appreciate it. They didn't have to, but they did.

Scott Bakay...awesome service!

I stopped by looking for an specific car and Scott Bakay was very helpful from the very beginning. I received nothing but kindness and excellent attention. He worked at a very nice pace and guided me to have a pleasant purchase experience. I would like to emphasize that Kuni Lexus team provides nothing but excellence when it comes to customer service. They even help delivering the car to my place. I will definitely recommend this dealer to everyone and will go back for my next vehicle purchase.

Superior service and attention to detail is Kuni Lexus. ...

Superior service and attention to detail is Kuni Lexus. I have had only the best attention given to me and my car. The Delearship is state of the art and designed with the customer in mind. I'll never drive another car! My last service was my first routine maintenance check and Zach took great care of me, he's always willing to answer my questions and walk me through the ins and outs of my car. I love going to Kuni Lexus and have told my friends and family about the quality care I receive.

Buying pre-owned

Scott Bakay was extremely helpful from the very start when I contacted him to inquire about a few listings I found online. He gave very accurate and helpful descriptions of a couple avaialble vehicles and offered to meet me at several early and late times. In the end I found the perfect vehicle and was wble to quickly and efficiently go through the buying process. Everyone at JKmui Lexus appears to be trained well to create a positive customer experience... Thansk Scott!!! My daughter is very happy!!!!

Let the Buyer Beware

Disappointing experience. Guess I expected more. Had to notice the hail damage on a used car, myself. Was not mentioned in the various car ads--nor was it mentioned by the sales person. Shame, shame! Used car salesmen dig their own graves perpetuating the "used car salesmen" stererotypes--

Never got a chance...

Went to Kuni at 3pm on Thursday to look at RX350s, was going to trade in my 5 series. I was specifically interested in 2 I saw online. Walked the lot twice looking for them, was never approached by a Sales Person. Maybe they were inside watching a movie or drinking a latte. Next day I traded it in on an Infiniti.
