Todd was awesome, always love working with him on my service

Todd has always provided greta customer service, he is attentive to the needs of the customer. I will always ask for him on any future servicing needs for my 2 Acura's. He goes above and beyond, keeps me informed on the progress and makes sure everything is taken care of the first time.

Was fast in completing the break fluid work

I am happy with the service. I am giving 4 start due to the black marks on my right hand door. Looks like they were tyre marks may be it was hit during the service on the right side door and they are not going away. Looks like a scratch. It happened on two places on my right hand door.

Timely fluids service

Todd checked me in right away and the oil, brake, power steering and rear diff fluid changes all took only a couple of hours. The Lyft ride worked well. Thank you. I don't know if Alec had my MDX waxed and buffed, but if not, that (free) car wash was the best and most detailed I have ever had. Thanks again. It's always a pleasure working with Alec.

Very positive experience buying a new MDX

Cole answered my questions by text before I even arrived at the dealership. After a lengthy test drive to show me a ton of new features Cole was also patient while I shopped other auto brands and local dealers to compare over the next week. The dealership was very professional and courteous (!) and Cole was thorough in explaining the costs of features and models and comparing leasing to purchasing. I am really happy in my new 2019 MDX thanks to Cole Harris and Courtesy Acura.

Brought my RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation.

Everytime i have brought my RDX in for service, I am treated in a professional manner from all associated with Courtesy Acura. They listen to my concerns, and provide excellent customer service by offering a detailed description of what type of services they recommend. I have never had a bad experience with the service department in my 5 years of ownership with my RDX. I have developed a lot of trust with the service department knowing that my RDX will be taken care of.

Happy with our transaction and time spent

The overall transaction was smooth once we located the vehicle we wanted. Knowing that we wanted a 2019 allowed us to have a transaction with very little back and forth which saved everyone a lot of time and effort. (not to mention saved us a lot of money) I would say only because of where Dennis Craig was located there was a lot of time spent as he did a lot of walking back and forth to get our trans approved. It would be helpful to him and the buyer to somehow streamline this part of the transaction.
