Wonderful!

From start to finish everyone was wonderful!! I pulled in and was in and out within 10 minutes, I was notified when my car was finished, and was back out within 10 minutes! So easy, so convenient!! Leo was so helpful and Lou was so kind and gifted my two boys matchbox cars! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great experience

Todd was very professional. Loaner car was a big bonus. Great experience! Todd was very patient explaining how to drive the loaner car. He made sure to explain things I wouldn’t think to ask about.

Great sales person

Brianna was low key but very helpful in answering our questions and giving us time to process. Her manager Jeremiah was also very welcoming and helpful.

Just dropped by to have tires checked, left with new tires.

Always great to work with! Wasn't sure about tires but wanted to be safe. Michael went and measured the depth of the tread on all four tires. The tires were in stock and they were able to install them immediately.

great experience

Every aspect of my visit was exceptional, from the time I drove up and I met with Missy, my service consultant. Not only was she knowledgeable with her job, she did a great job of explaining the process and how long it would take. Overall she made the whole experience very easy to deal with. I actually look forward to my next service appointment knowing how well I will be treated. Great job!!

2 hrs of wasted time

After trying to download Android auto as instructed in an email which was unsuccessful. I contacted the tech department at Acura and they advise me to go to my dealership with whom I made an appointment. I spent 2 hours at Courtesy Acura and nothing was accomplished. They had told me that the download would require a half hour. they did arrange for a valet to come pick up my car next week and hopefully the software can be downloaded at that time.

My experience with Courtesy Acura

My Acura needed service, so I stopped by Courtesy Acura. They got my car in right away, and arraigned a ride for me so I could run some errands instead of having to sit around the waiting room. Missy called a Lyft for my return when my car was ready. It was washed and ready to go when I arrived. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I always make a point of bringing my car to Courtesy when it is in need of repair.

60k mile maintenance

Micheal was great. Dropped the car off at the end of the day for a early morning appointment. He took the time that night to inspect the entire car for clear sap that had covered my car, and he hand cleaned it prior to the service and wash! Another amazing visit.
