bait and switch
They posted a vehicle on cars.com and their website for $85,579 for a couple days. Once buyers are on their way ( from over 2 hours away) price of vehicle suddenly increases to $99,595. Ask to speak with manager. A low level manager couldn’t care less. Said sorry about the mistake and referred us to their legal department. Price was then corrected online to 99,595 within an hour. However once dealership figures out buyers are no longer interested the advertised price is again decreased back to $85,579. Very shady!!! Buyers beware!!

Wrecked my car twice!!
This is ABSOLUTLEY the WORST dealership ever!! They have WRECKED MY SUV TWICE!!! Now they are dragging their feet actually fixing their damages. They have had my car almost 2 months now since they wrecked my car. They have put their screw ups to the lowest priority possible. In return they give me a crappy minivan as a rental. However it doesn’t stop there. They always have an excuse for something. Need an oil change and you schedule it at 11am? Sure you’ll get your car back at 5pm every single time! So don’t bother waiting or scheduling an appointment because it is worthless. Need to talk to their director or manager? They’ll tell you that they will give you a call and never do. Want to get transferred to their desk phone? Yeah you’ll just get their voicemail. They pretend to care about you but they don’t. They just go through the motions because they are corporate owned and have to. I have yet to see an ounce of care in that place. I mean the sales rep lied to me about the features of the car when I bought it. Only to get home and find out it didn’t have some of the stuff they said it had. I didn’t know I had to do a full inspection myself to get honest answers. Instead they just want your money. If you’re not making them money, they don’t care about you. You’re just an annoying gnat to them. This is why they wreck your car and then keep it for 2 months and counting. Want to talk to General Manager? They don’t have one. They have a stand in that honestly isn’t doing his job keeping the dealership in working order. It’s getting the point that I have been considering just getting an attorney at this point. I mean what else do you do? Just keep waiting and making car payments on something they just drag their feet on? Just ridiculous! DON’T GO HERE!!!! You have been warned. Also read the other reviews here and then read other reviews of other Ford dealership. Not even close. Ford should pull out of AutoNation to save their own name. Oh and I’m sure they will sabotage my vehicle or not fully fix their damages for this review. I wouldn’t be surprised. Just a dishonest messed up dealership.

Horrible Service Department
I took my 2013 Ford F350 in for service on Friday, Nov 23rd. The Service Adviser never called me; every time, I had to initiate a call, then eventually get a callback. This no-call/call/callback happened Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. Finally, on Tuesday, the Service Adviser told me the extended warranty (that I purchased from AutoNation, mind you) was not going to cover the repairs needed; so, I authorized the repair for the $1,200. The Service Manager called me Tuesday to ask how it was going and I told him about no-call/call/callback frustration I was experiencing and he prompted the Service Adviser to call me on both Wednesday and Thursday…just to tell me they were waiting on parts. I was finally informed, by the Service Adviser, that the vehicle should be ready on Friday, Nov 30th. I called and left messages twice on Friday, and no one called back; same on Saturday...no call back. I wonder If I'm ever going to get my truck back. Very Frustrated at this point!

Autonation - Littleton, CO
Shopping for a specialized work truck, they had it, worked with me on travel costs, had paperwork almost completed when I arrived, comfortable facilities. No less than 3 employees came up to me and shook my hand and said "thank you". Excellent experience, a definite recommendation.

WORST REPAIR DEPT. EXPERIENCE!
The worst customer service and Auto Service Dept. that I have ever encountered! I made an Apt. and dropped off my truck and they had my truck for over a day (24 hours) and they failed to work on or repair any of the three scheduled repair/service issues as promised! They didn’t even get to the oil change (that takes 20 min) in over 24 hours! I had to call them twice after they also failed to call me (as they also promised to do to update me at 2:00 PM. Had my truck for over 24 hours and did absolutely NOTHING to it while I was without a vehicle for the 24 hours, prompting me to even CANCEL my truck warranty I purchased from AutoNation after I had to drive back down there to pick the truck up. They didn’t seem to care they lost my business either after purchasing two trucks within 12 months from them. I don’t recommend at all and I will take my business elsewhere.

Not a Good Way to do Business
After searching the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Ranger truck on CarGurus from this dealership that looked like what I was looking for. I set up an appointment to see it and have a test drive. I was ready to buy the truck and asked the salesperson to work up the final "out-the-door price" for me. He took the printout I had from CarGurus to the Sales Manager. CarGurus had advertised the price as $9,482. When he returned he told me that the price quoted on the site was wrong and that the actual price was $12,482. I was quite incredulous at this 30% difference in price and asked if they would honor the stated price. He said it had been CarGuru's error. While I realize that mistakes can happen, I would have hoped the dealership, having placed the ad on CarGurus, would have taken responsibility for it (and/or held them responsible). At the very least I would have thought your Sales Manager would have said, "Mr. XXX, the advertised price was incorrect. Even though we do not see this as our mistake we want to make this right and you a satisfied customer. We are willing to meet you halfway on the price." One of the things that impressed me about this particular dealership was the response made by the General Manager when people posted negative reviews, asking them to call him personally. I called twice, leaving my name and number and emailed about my experience, including my phone number but received no response.

Horrible service experience.
Worst service ever. Dropped my brand new truck off to fix a slow leak in a tire and repair oil pan per warranty. Was told a one day process. After not receiving any communication the entire day I tried calling them. After numerous calls where no one answered or returned my message someone finally answered. They mentioned the vehicle would take longer to fix and they never should have said it would only take one day but would be ready the next day. After not getting a hold of anyone and no ok ne calling for three days I finally got through to find that the truck still wasn't ready but would be that afternoon. They conveniently delivered the vehicle to my home so I didnt have to arrange picking it up. When I woke the next morning there was a huge oil spit and my tire was almost flat. At this point I became incredibly frustrated. I called and complained and after some convincing allowed them to pick up my vehicle and perform the necessary repairs and they even dropped off a loaner car. I was at work while all this occurred but when I came home the loaner car was locked with no keys. Now as I own other vehicles I didn't think much of it since I didnt need it but after a fee days and hearing my truck was finally fixed I asked where the key might be. They informed me the tech had forgot to leave it. I then told then I would be headed to pick up my vehicle and by the time I got home to have their car off our property or we have it towed. Upon arrival I stood in line il nly to hear of two other customers with similar issues and just as frustrated as myself. It is a shame they appear to be so incompetent as I have purchased over 30 vehicles from them over the years but will have to take future purchases elsewhere. My advice, answer your phone, communicate with your customers and follow through. Just seems like a lack of management and customer service.
