After starting with one sales person on the date we were to come in Michael Cain called as he was now assigned to the sale. Michael was very helpful and walked us through the entire process explaining things, finding some additional benefits and working with us on the trade in. For a sale that started out as one that was not his own Michael was very friendly and helpful in getting this transaction completed.
