I travel almost 300 miles from New Mexico to come to this dealer. I left my Cayenne over the weekend to be picked up the following Tuesday. As it was the end of the month, I received a phone call on Saturday morning informing me that the work had been done and asking that I pay for the service then so that the work could be included in that month's receipts. I agreed to pay at that time and offered my American Express card for payment as I had always done before. The representative informed me that they no longer accepted American Express and requested another type of type of credit card. I complied and gave them a different card. The long and short is that this whole process left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Sales contests, or whatever, are fine but the inner workings should be totally transparent and not involve or inconvenience the customer. Other than that, I have always received top notch service from this dealer.

Smooth purchase
I enjoyed working with salesman Mike Bowers. The dealership was very fair throughout, and I had no concerns whatsoever. It appears to be a quality car at a competitive price. The finance manager and general manager were very courteous and professional. The receptionist was particularly kind to my two daughters as we waited for the final paperwork.

Horrible Experience
Leasing a new car from Prestige Imports was the worst car experience I've ever had. The customer service was horrific from the start and only after I berated them with calls and emails did they respond. They never fixed the problem and I am still dealing with issues on the car. I recommend that anyone considering buying/leasing a car from this dealership do their homework and get every single thing in writing.

DCamp68, you purchased a highly discounted hail damaged (repaired) car from us. We advertised and disclosed that, due to hail damage, these cars have been restored to the best of our ability and deals were exceptional for those who wanted one. Nearly every one of our Managers have been in contact with you, including our General Manager who agreed to cut you a check for additional money so you could get the vehicle painted more to your liking. Of course, you are entitled to your opinion and are free to express it. We are frustrated, however, to read you feel this way, as you got the deal (and then some) you were looking for on a hail damaged car, but expected the car to show no signs of hail damage.

Warren was outstanding to work with. He was courteous, professional and very easy to work with. He fully explained the Audi's controls and features as well as Audi Connect, warranty info, etc. My experience was outstanding.

Failed to mention major accident
Salesperson and manager failed to mention that the car was in a serious accident shortly before it was traded in. Thankfully, Carfax revealed it. Multiple airbags were deployed, car had to be towed. To me that's kind of a biggie.

Ryan Dodson made the buying process painless
Ryan offered to find me a lower APR than I had obtained from USAA - he is so knowledgable about the financing and helped offer different scenarios for my needs and my payments. He also introduced me to the Audi care packages and helped me afford them by rolling them into my payments while hardly increasing them! He was smart and efficient and nice - a pleasure to work with Ryan! Another FIVE STARS!

Ian Torrey was an outstanding salesman!
Ian stuck with me for several months while my needs changed and he got me into the perfect car! He is passionate about Audi and so knowledgable about the brand! The test drives were great - he took me on routes that really let me test the car out! He was nice, honest and very personable. He delivered the car to me at home and spent a lot of time teaching me about the controls, etc... Five Stars for Ian!
