AVOID this dealer and any warranty they attempt to sell
AVOID this dealer and any warranty they attempt to sell you. I bought a truck from this dealer and I bought the extended warranty. I was told that I could cancel it at any point if I wanted to. Well, I decided that I wanted to cancel the warranty and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. They tell you to call 5 different numbers and none of them can help you. I finally got someone that said she would cancel it and that was a month ago with no confirmation that it was cancelled. I have sent many emails and voicemails trying to get a confirmation and still nothing. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CONSUMER ACT.

I traded in a 2022 Trax for a 2024 Blazer and it took awhile but, we came to an agreement that was good for both parties and my wife is happy. Way more cargo room for our shopping and road trips. Happy wife, happy life. I'm a loyal Chevy customer and this was a very good shopping experience. Thanks Zeke, you rock.

We took our car in to get the a/c fixed and tue timing
We took our car in to get the a/c fixed and tue timing chain replaced after they shorted out the electrical panel and the factory Amp for the radio they charged us to replace them and a week later the new timing chains slipped and destroyed the engine and they refused to fix there mistake and wanted us to pay them $7000 to replace the engine they destroyed if you take your car to this place its a toss of the dice if you will still have a car when they are done working on it

S service department really needs to be looked at.
S service department really needs to be looked at. There is no communication between servicer and customer no update on how my car is being worked on or were they are at with my vehicle and in there for a week my husband went down there to talk to them because they were not answering or returning any of our phone calls very disappointed very sad will never buy a car from here. I am handicapped and I need a vehicle to get to my appointments I have no vehicle don't know when I will have a vehicle because there's no communication.

Wish there was a better estimated time frame of service,
Wish there was a better estimated time frame of service, don't tell someone a day and take about a week, be straight up and tell me it's going to be a few days. I can plan better to try and get a rental

Absolutely terrible experience with this service center.
Absolutely terrible experience with this service center. Took our car in for service (which we bought from this dealership) and was advised it would need to remain with them for a few days…no problem and expected. Zero communication from the staff to the point I had to reach out for updates 5 days later, where they informed me the vehicle had not even been looked at yet (see photos). Fast forward another several days and no communication so I had to call several times again to get a hold of somebody for updates. I was informed parts were being delivered and it would be done by Friday, 9 days after initial drop off. After no word on Friday, another several calls and unanswered voicemails left with the service manager , I was informed that the parts still weren’t in, at which point I told them I would pick up the car to be repaired elsewhere. Upon picking up the car 13 days after initially dropping it off, albeit not repaired, the battery was dead and the tech said the mechanic left the hazards on which drained the battery. So we waited another 45 minutes to have the battery replaced before we could finally leave. Rude and incompetent staff all the way up to the manager level. I will never return again and cannot recommend.

Bait and switch coupons
One service advisor agreed to the price of the coupon. During the service, that advisor left and a different one took over. He wanted to charge me $100 more than the coupon for 4 additional quarts of oil. Honor and integrity are not words of the service department
