Everytime I choose to get a car, I always prefer to have Jahaira as my sales rep because she knows how to stay on top of your deal! This is my 4th car with autonation and they have all been very reliable.

They took over 2 weeks to fix my truck and there was

They took over 2 weeks to fix my truck and there was never no updates given on the process. I had to call to get updates. I was told by my service advisor Marco that they had ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle and they were 2 days out. Then a week later I was told one of the parts was on back order and I had to go back to get it put on. Probably the worst service ever. I will not be coming back to service my vehicle here.

Lied to me about my trade in, too old to sell going to

Lied to me about my trade in, too old to sell going to auction, but on the site ready to sell the next day with a blown head gasket.. I'll never buy hear again.

The young man at the front desk was very nice and

The young man at the front desk was very nice and courteous, however the technician that worked on my vehicle needs more training. I shouldn’t have to take my vehicle back because it’s leaking oil. Also, they didn’t reset my car for the oil change, it gave me a reminder that I needed an oil change, I reset it. Come on AutoNation Chevrolet , do a better job! The oil change was not cheap, I should be compensated for having to take my vehicle back to have the job completed.
