Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock

Basically, I was screwed. I found myself between a truck and a hard place. My truck that I had purchased from big Ford 3 years ago, had collapsed and I had had enough. I called up Harti at berkenkotter in colorado springs. He took my information, took down what I could pay down (not much) and then put me in touch with the castle rock guys Glenn and Frankie to get me taken care of. I hitched a ride down to wilcox and met with frankie. He helped me quickly, found me something within my price range that they could finance in house to avoid trying to go through the hundreds of banks they deal with to get me taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's when I met Dan, with a quick high five after answering a couple of questions, he approved me for what I needed to get into a vehicle. The car had been sitting for a bit, and the battery was in need of replacing, it was then that Frankie got it boosted and then from the sounds of it may have welded the terminals together (kidding). They agreed to replace the battery. Instead of playing "what's the manager say" and haggling prices that are seemingly non existent like with other dealerships. They gave me their bottom dollar up front and we took care of the paperwork. I walked in at 520 and drove out at 630. DONE AND DONE. This is the dealership you want to go to, they'll take care of you. Just like they took care of me.

Dan and Glen took such good care of us from making sure everything was fixed on the car we got before the purchase as well as driving the car home to even giving us some hot sauce. Overall great buying experience. 10/10

Most importantly, the owner Mr. Dan Berkenkotter and his staff possess unmatched "integrity", which is a rare trait in the world of automobile sales. They don't talk up a big game and then forget the customer after he/she departs the lot. As a result, I don't have to waste my time and take unnecessary risks by shopping anywhere else.

I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else as long as I live. From the get go every single person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. They have bent over backwards for me and my family. They have exceeded any expectations I could have. Dan the owner is a great guy. I will be purchasing another vehicle from them for my wife as well as a trailer. I refer everyone and anyone in the market for a vehicle to go to them. I have referred my friends and family from out of state to purchase from them. I have never had such a pleasant encounter with a car dealership in my life. They are such a great company that I would work for them because they are such an exceptional group of people.

I bought my truck 8 months ago , great deal on the truck, everyone has been very helpful anytime I call or drop by, I also bought the win win warranty, I lost my transmission last Thursday , called Berkenkotter , they immediately put me in touch with win win warranty, picked my truck up tonite ( 5 days ) complete rebuilt transmission, purrs like a kitten.... Anyone that stays after hours to speak to me about a car that i "might" purchase says a great deal about a salesman's character. I really hope to purchase a car here soon!

Bought a supposed Harley Davidson edition ford F-250 that turned out to not to be a H-D edition and had Harley placards glued to body of truck. When i brought this turn of events to the owner, i was told i should have verified before i purchased the vehicle. When the salesman states it is a H-D edition and has fake glued on H-D placards, I expected to get a positive resolution. The owner even stated that he thought I was trying to return truck because I could not afford the payments, when in fact i paid the truck off and had no payments to make. The dealer also said I waited to long to complain, when in fact I am a 100% disabled veteran and have been ill / incapacitated due to my service in Iraq. Shameless self preservation at it's best.

My wife talked with Frankie about a used travel trailer they just got in and then set up an appointment for us to take a look at it. When we arrived for our appointment Frankie was by the trailer where it was being detailed by awesome and friendly staff members. We liked what we saw and then started talking to Frankie about special financing options. Frankie got on the phone right away and called Dan who showed up within minutes. We told Dan our situation and he went above and beyond to make this deal possible without any hassle. Dan and Frankie sat down with us and offered us the best option which you simply can't get anywhere else. Frankie, Dan and the rest of the staff made us loyal future customers. You guys are truly the best and made our dream come true so we can travel anytime anywhere. Thank you guys so much for making this deal happen.
