Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock

Anyone that stays after hours to speak to me about a car that i "might" purchase says a great deal about a salesman's character. I really hope to purchase a car here soon!

Bought a supposed Harley Davidson edition ford F-250 that turned out to not to be a H-D edition and had Harley placards glued to body of truck. When i brought this turn of events to the owner, i was told i should have verified before i purchased the vehicle. When the salesman states it is a H-D edition and has fake glued on H-D placards, I expected to get a positive resolution. The owner even stated that he thought I was trying to return truck because I could not afford the payments, when in fact i paid the truck off and had no payments to make. The dealer also said I waited to long to complain, when in fact I am a 100% disabled veteran and have been ill / incapacitated due to my service in Iraq. Shameless self preservation at it's best.

My wife talked with Frankie about a used travel trailer they just got in and then set up an appointment for us to take a look at it. When we arrived for our appointment Frankie was by the trailer where it was being detailed by awesome and friendly staff members. We liked what we saw and then started talking to Frankie about special financing options. Frankie got on the phone right away and called Dan who showed up within minutes. We told Dan our situation and he went above and beyond to make this deal possible without any hassle. Dan and Frankie sat down with us and offered us the best option which you simply can't get anywhere else. Frankie, Dan and the rest of the staff made us loyal future customers. You guys are truly the best and made our dream come true so we can travel anytime anywhere. Thank you guys so much for making this deal happen.

Did not have the vehicle I was looking for At the time

I went to the brighton store to buy a pickup and that was the best buying experience I have ever had there is no pressure to buy a vehicle. After I purchased my truck a week later the fuel sending unit went out so I called the owner Dan and he said that even though it was not covered under the warranty that he would replace it or he would just pay for the part over the phone and I could replace it my self and he kept to his word he paid for the part and I replaced it and now the truck is back running again. Thank you to all Berkenkotter employees for the best buying experience.

I have so many great things to say about berkenkotter motors! We bought our car there a couple of weeks ago and it was such an easy process-we didnt have to haggle with prices and sales guy we worked with (Michael Palermo) was so amazing. He really worked with us on every request and every question and made the process of buying a car really fun! I was a bit wary of going to a small dealership, but am so very happy that we did. Was looking to buy a car for my mom and wanted it to be dependable and get a good price. Michael our sales guy was great to work with and the entire staff was awesome. To see the smile on my mom's face after she drove away with her "new" car was priceless. Am planning to go back and my next car from these guys.

A friend of mine bought his daughter's last car here and shared on Facebook how they paid for a new engine a week after she drove it off the lot and it died. This really stuck out in my mind. Several months later when a car I've wanted for years showed up on their lot, I went to take a look and then a test drive. We shook hands and I left a small deposit to take it. After my local mechanic found a few things he recommended fixing, Dan (the owner) and I agreed on a price and a small list of items he'd take care of to complete the sale. They accommodated my hectic travel schedule and we worked in the repairs then the paperwork to make the car mine. The whole experience with Berkenkotter's has been awesome and I'd highly recommend them as a dealer to do business with. Be polite and respectful and they'll do the same in return. What a great group of people! They're friendly, honest, and so very helpful. The team is there to get you in a vehicle that works for you, not to make money off of you-a big difference from most used car dealers! I had a very set price range and not only did they not try to push me over it, they also were able to find a fantastic car within it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
