I have to travel about 75 miles to have my car serviced. They are very good about getting me in and out in a timely fashion. This was a 90,000 mile service so my wait was pretty long but they did their best to make my wait as short as possible. We purchased this car from this dealership and have always had it serviced here.

Everyone at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West were very friendly from the salespeople (Chris) to upper management. We had a problem with our 2020 Yukon the first hour bring it home the water pump went out in my driveway as we pulled in. I called Chris, within 2 hours she had a tow truck at my house picking it up and took it to the shop to get it repaired. It was repaired the next day we needed it for a trip the following day, so all worked out for us with little to no problem. Return from 2,000-mile trip with no other problems. It was a little heart breaking to buy a new car and to have things go wrong the first hour after we picked it up but thanks to Chris all is well.

Excellent experience. We stopped by 4 months ago to get something off the lot, but since we were not in hurry our salesman, Nicky helped us order exactly the Wrangler we wanted.
