Inspection and recall services were completed faster than expected. The attendant was courteous. When finished my car was not parked where it should have been but the attendant quickly found it and drove it to me.

Repair of rear noise

Smooth ride...smooth purchase...amazing experience
Where do I even start? I came to them with less than perfect credit, a trade with negative equity, and just not much to put on the table. They never made me feel bad for that. They were amazing to deal with from the initial online inquiry to driving off the lot with my gorgeous new Grand Caravan GT. Everyone was so polite and attentive, even those that weren't handling the business. There was no pressure at all. The process at the dealership was quick and painless. This was my 2nd vehicle I've purchased with #1 Cochran, and I will continue to utilize them as my dealership in the future.

Repair at Cochran Ford Natrona Heights
I received notice of a seatbelt issue that needed to be recalled on my Ford Fusion 2015. I made the appointment without issue and was told that it would take 90 minutes. They took me at 3:15 pm and I was done by 3:45 pm. Very quick service and very easy appointment making.

Outstanding Attention to Detail!!!
I had a little fender bender and went to Body by Cochran for the repairs. Not only did they do an amazing job in only a few days, they also vacuumed out the inside of my car. That may not sound like much, but I had just got back from vacation and had two dogs ride in my car. Dog hair everywhere!!! I made me feel really good that they took the time to go the extra mile for me. Thank you!!!

Emergency Repair at Cochran Jeep
Had emergency engine problem with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Brought into Cochran Jeep and was treated very well. They were able to fit me in to service. Diagnosis and repair took several days so they authorized a loaner vehicle for me, as well. I can't say enough good things about the service staff - they really seemed to care about me and my car. Kudos to all.
