Communication and customer care are lacking compared to

Communication and customer care are lacking compared to other jeep dealers and even Cochran’s own Mazda dealership. Although they did finally resolve my expired inspection situation, I still cannot get over all the disappointment from every time I tried to get help from my salesman and also the service department. I should not have had such issues on a new car.

Efficient, professional, and courteous customer service. Chris George is and has been a big help in resolving all our service needs. And, the diesel mechanic has provided excellent maintenance on our 2006 2500 Cummins engine for 19 years.

My mother had bought her vehicle there years back and was really happy w the whole process. I received a recall on my 2009 dodge ram from them via mail flyer. Closest service department to me so I decided to take it there. From the initial call, it was a seamless and stress free process. I will come back and recommend. You can tell it's different there because I didnt even purchase my truck there.

They were fast and efficient and very polite to deal
