Our salesman Kurt listened to our needs and came back with a vehicle that was perfect for us. Markus in finance was great and enjoyable to talk to about the loan and life in general! We have been using Cochran for a while for maintenance on our previous vehicles and will continue to happily!

The dealership service department was and responsive to my concerns. Chris kept me informed about the status of my vehicle during the process and I greatly appreciated it. As far as Chrysler corporate and the process of receiving parts from them was far from satisfactory.

Wow, I was actually thinking that I might get the opportunity to speak with a representative from Chrysler. Since I didn’t I would like to air one more grievance. If the time basis is not exponential for the repairs to be completed then I would want to believe that your cooperation would be bale to supply a loaner vehicle. For your average family to rent a vehicle for a month is concerning.
