Don’t tell you price and interest rate up front.
The car was one price online. Then when you get there they jack the price up! Haven’t had my car for two weeks and already having problems with it.

Bad experience and Still suffering
This was my second car purchased from the dealer although i had a bad experience at my first purchase with so much of issues in the car, with several follow ups the issue was never resolved or received a call back, Ignored my previous experience tought of giving it another try then i went ahead and purchased a 2012 vehicle, spoke to the sales person about the noise and was told that its normal, made the deal within 3 days the sound got more and i was told that the car is not under warranty and i have to pay for it. with all the hassles keeping my car for atleast a week didnt get proper response i took the car and left. within 2 weeks 1- The breaks started making noise, 2-rattling noise became more, 3-Car started getting heat up, 4-car become heavier to drive on the road. 5-shaking and jittering while driving. I was not even asked if i need to purchase a warranty i am sure they knew the problems before handing over the car to me They just want to sell their cars with problems without even understanding what a customer can go through

Bought da car 4 days ago. Said they did a full inspection on the car. That's was a lie. Back brakes and rotors need replacing. Check engine light just came on. They gave me da run around about get this stuff fixed. Not a good dealership. Not good ppl.

Great until you say "I want the car" !
My wife bought a vehicle here. To start everyone was nice. Then we found one we that wanted but noticed the front tires were bald. They said they would replace them. After discussing numbers we came in the next day and we looked over the car again. We then noticed the rear tires were bald towards the inside. We said we would buy the car if they replaced all 4. They said no problem we will take care of you. Came time to do the paper work, which by the way the finance lady had zero people skills, and acted like we were inconveniencing her to do our deal. She gave us a "we owe" for 2 tires. She said that the sales manager was the only one that could authorize the 4 tires and he was gone for the day. We would have held off but my wife needed to get to work and we only drove one car there. We tried for 3 weeks to get an answer on the 2 more tires with no success. During which we also found a coolant leak that cost $200 to get fixed. They had to know it was leaking because it was using a gallon of coolant a week, but was full when we bought the car. The only person we could ever get on the phone was our salesman but he never had any answers. Finally he texts and says the tires are in and have beed for several days but there were only the front two. So not only did they sell us a car with 4 bald tires and a hidden coolant leak, but they were willing to let my wife drive around on them for several days, when they had the new front tires in stock, just to avoid talking to us about them not replacing the rear tires. I would not recommend purchasing a car from here. Shady used car dealer!

I am sorry that you have had a bad experience. From my records, i see that you purchased a 2007 BMW 3 series with around 100k miles on it, we did a full inspection on this vehicle prior to putting it up for sale. As we do with all of our inventory. Of course, given it being a pre-owned vehicle, unexpected things can occur. I would really appreciate it if you could give us a call so that we can work through this issue and make it right.
