I received the best customer service experience from a dealership I have ever had. I call CAG on behalf of my sister. However, it was after hours. Nonetheless, Greg stopped doing paperwork and picked up the phone and kindly introduce himself, and then pleasantly asked how could he assist me. In today's world this was a rarity. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also professional, patient and very kind. For his good work ethic I am very grateful. Because, of his excellent customer service I believe that CAG will take good car with my sister in her vehicle pursuit. Kudos to the GM of CAG your leadership is paying off big so keep up the great work! Greg once again thank you for your excellent customer service keep up the great job! I will tell my family, friends and colleagues about the kindness and great service received at CAG all because of you. Regards, Searcy Rushing

I was going to purchase a vehicle from them, they sold the car the day before I got there. I had an appointment but they didn't call or text to say that it was sold.

Don't walk away from this car lot, RUN.

Don't walk away from this car lot, RUN. This was hands down the worst auto transaction I have ever had. I buy cars all the time and this place has no clue. Non-existent communication, misrepresentation, taking almost four months to deliver my title documents, this place is a joke. Emails bounced back. I've filed a complaint with the Georgia auto dealer licensing but don't expect any help there. What a complete terrible transaction. read less

I am writing this on the side of the road while waiting

I am writing this on the side of the road while waiting for the tow truck. I purchased the 2016 VW Tiguan in November and 2 months later - after $4,000 of engine works (partially covered by the dealer's warranty at the repair shop recommend by the warranty) - the engine died while driving. This is my 16 year old daughter's car and I am so thankful I was the one driving when it happened. This is so disappointing, I don't wish this experience to anyone. - Update - The engine needs another $2,700 (balance shaft seized) with no guaranty that no other problem will come up given the evidences of poor workmanship from the Carma repair shop (engine brace untight and engine timing belt cover gasket replace by large amount of sealant). Several repair shops recommend a engine replacement which would be $7,000 for a used one. At this point the car is not worth repairing and I have lost $11,000 for a car driven 500 miles. This is by far the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. The sweet people of Carma did contact me basically asking to remove my negative comment and telling me that they would work on an arrangement but with no follow-up, my multiple emails and phone calls remained unanswered.

Customer service does not seem to be important! Bought a truck and waited and waited and waited for delivery with terrible communication. Broken headlights upon arrival. No follow through or check in… really bad service 🤷‍♀️
