Great Service

I spoke with Chuck a few times prior to coming to the dealership. He was helpful before I even arrived. My husband and I bought a truck that same day. His customer service was quick and tactful and I would recommend his services and this dealership to anyone. I do plan on coming back to purchase another vehicle. Very pleasant experience at Carma Auto Group.

Very good folks here at Carma treated me great!! I love the BMW 528i I bought for my wife. I hope that she lets me drive it once in a while.

Great Buying Experience!

We bought our Escalade with Chuck. He fought hard for us to get a great deal that we were very happy with! Friendly, low pressure sales with a great inventory. Highly recommended and would purchase another car here!

The facility was very clean and quiet with nice music. The salesman Chuck was nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone else. Ask for Chuck, you won't be disappointed. GREAT PLACE to buy a car.

Dealer Review, Sales Rep Review, Paperwork Process

I bought my car 2003 BMW 750 Septemeber 2014 and two weeks after I got it the speakers started making loud noises it drove me crazy like it was possed. So i took it to a local BMW dealer in my area and they were only able to get rid of some of the noise but determine that the care had majro issues that the car should not have even been on a used car lot as a best seller. I have tried to cll Alfreod several times since Sept. and it is now March 2015 and I am just getting him on the phone and he has promised to do his "best" and i must trust that until i see different. I believe his word is his bond. I know mine was when i gave him him my mother's money.

Dealer response

We have no record of calls from you before March 2015 which is 6 months after you purchased the 760 not 750. We called you the following month of your purchase and you confirmed you loved the car and no problems. We also left you a message in September about your tag. Our Dealership spent over 4k in reconditioning that car because it was a 2003 with 108000 miles. We are proud of our standards and we know the condition that car left in. We even tried to talk you out of this sale numerous times due to the high maintenance costs of these vehicles because we understood you were on a tight budget. You report from BMW is dated in March 2015 which is the first time we heard of any problems. Our Team is also proud that we will always work with our customers any time after the sale including 6 months later of which your feedback confirms that by Alfredo stating "We will do our best". We stand behind our cars and always work with our customers after the sale. Any problem is just an opportunity.
