Waste of Time for Qualified Buyer

I made an appointment Thursday evening to view a specific vehicle. In order for my wife and I to see the vehicle we had to bring our children, too. The vehicle was not onsite when we arrived so we stuck around for an hour for it to be retrieved from a body shop. When the car arrived we were told there was still work to be done on it. After test driving and preliminary paperwork we asked if some pending work to be done and a final sales price. I was told by the business manager that he would run numbers and call me first thing Friday morning. I asked if there was anything we needed to do to reserve the vehicle and I was told "no". I did not receive a call Friday, so I called back Friday afternoon. The business manager could not talk then and did not return my call. I called again Saturday, but the business manager was not present, so I was told I would be called first thing Sunday. Around 3pm on Sunday I called back to find out the vehicle had been reserved by someone else on Saturday. I used their online contact form and received to response now 4 days later. Not once were we called by the dealership. All communication with them was due to me calling them. Needless to say I am very disappointed in how we were treated. This is especially true given our interest in the vehicle and my family spending our Thursday evening at the dealership. I suspect they did not want to sell to us when we expressed our intent to purchase without financing. My guess is they make their money on financing rates that are heavily in their favor, but I wouldn't know since it was impossible for us to buy a vehicle from them.

We sincerely apologize for your experience and will take the feedback to work on our process and communication. I am the owner and I am the one that initially spoke with you and if I remember correctly you went to dinner with your family and then we had the vehicle back as promised. We also had the Timing Belt and Water Pump replaced and all service was completed so I am not sure how or why any pending service was communicated. We also appraised your trade and communicated the trade in value and talked about an out the door number of which was not agreeable with you. Our Sales Consultant went back to the Mgr. a second time to see if we could get closer to your number and we were not able to. The last communication referenced was that you were going to come in and maybe you could leave the trade out of the deal. We manage a lot of leads per month and try our best to follow up with all of our customers and we would still love to earn your business and feel free to ask for the General Mgr and he can also reach out to you as well. Thank you again for your feedback.

I wanted to buy the 2001-s10 but I know my credit

Credit isnt the best but it used to be great and I lost my job when the plant just closed there doors and I was out of work for eight months and I lost everything but my house and ive been working for a year this month now and im getting back on my feet and I really wanted to buy the truck and I dont ha e alot to put down money wise but I was going to trade my chevy xtreme which is a true xtreme truck but its single cab and I need more room or I would not even consider trading my truck its very dependable great gas milage but I test drove the one I got but you dont want to work with me unless I got a bunch of cash ti put down and I dont but I can make the payments if you cod just help me get the truck if you cant thanks anyway I will find one some day

My 5th car from here......

This is the 5th. car I have bought from Carma Automotive. I moved to Florida, and when I needed a second car for the family, I had no doubts to go looking on their website, and making a phone call. They took the time to go over every inch in the vehicle stating every little detail on the car, checking all equipment for me, and clarifying any issues. I submitted the application online and got an approval the same day. They even offer delivery at a very reasonable price, but I choose to drive there to sign all paperwork and take delivery. Previously we bought an Acura MDX, a Frontier Truck, a BMW 5 series, a Toyota Prius and now a Nissan Quest. That can give you an idea of the variety of cars in inventory. The service is always excellent. The financing was reasonable, considering it is hard to finance a second car, they were able to get it done. They warranties offered were also are very reasonable. The car was as advertised, and the Price was more than reasonable. Keep it up, and you will keep me and my family as a customer for life!

Integrety counts

I recently had the unenviable position of having to purchase a car with a very short window in which to get it done. Over the past 24 months, I had to purchase multiple cars and the thought of getting yet another one was demoralizing. I had driven by Carma Automotive (formerly Wolfgang) numerous times and remember them to carry higher end cars and SUVs. I initially spoke with Steve (20+ years selling MB), and found him to be both forthcoming and trustworthy. I found a vehicle that I thought my wife would like, but she would not be available to look at it till (2) days later. I called the dealership late that evening to leave a VM, and instead, the owner (Greg) picked up the phone. Shocker. I explained my situation and he allowed me to put a deposit on the car to hold it till my wife could come in. When we did come in as planned......we were disappointed to find out that there was a miscommunication with the sales team, and in fact, the car we had put a deposit on was out being inspected by another customer that had planned to buy it if the service inspection checked out. Needless to say we were upset and bummed. Greg took full ownership of the situation and apologized for the mistake. Not only did he honor his commitment and gave me first right of refusal on the car, but gave me what I felt was a very fair deal on the price. I cant say enough about Greg and the way they run their business. In an industry that is known for less than stellar integrity.......they do the right thing. Mistakes happen, its how you choose to deal with them that makes ones character. Very refreshing buying experience. Thanks Greg...

Genuine Folks

Great experience beginning to end. Loved the car, in great shape for a 2008 and I didn't find anything they said to be untrue. Took the car to my mechanic and they only saw very minor things. Dealer gave me new tires. Purchasing process wasn't bad. I was only there 1 hr. I would definitely recommend them to my mother.
