Wonderful Staff and Service

Just purchased our second vehicle from Johnsons Chevrolet, will go back when it's time for a 3rd. The staff, salesman and finance people are knowledgable and easy to work with, and have great customer serivce. The service department is one of the best around. They have a great selection of cars, and above all are honest, you don't get the run around like other dealerships.

Great service from sales to service department.

We have owned Buicks for 30 + years and have always loved the technology and endurance. The purchase of the 2014 Buick Lacross was a second time purchase from Johnsons Auto Plaza. Our sales person, John Meyers was very helpful, without being over bearing. We have found that Buick has made a number of changes from a 2003 Park Ave Utra to the 2014 Lacross. Some of the changes are a little hard to get use to and it probably would help to give more training to sales staff on the upgrades.

Great experience at Johnson auto plaza

I worked with Chris Harlan and he was unbelievably helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted. These guys treat you like a person instead of just another sale.

Best experience buying a vehicle

Always had used Johnson's in the past for my repairs on all my vehicles and that was always a good experience. Decided to give them a try after 7 years and wasn't disappointed at all. John Myers was awesome, straight shooter and a pretty simple process compared to old days of buying a vehicle. In fact it went so well my daughter and I went back the next week and bought her a used 2013 Cruze. Thanks again

Johnson Auto plaza sales and service is great

I have bought two trucks from Johnson in Brighton. We have had four vehicles serviced there. The salesman Chris Harlan was straightforward and helpful. I do not like most car salesman. The Financing and business manager answered questions well and gave me the time I needed to decide without high pressure.

Can't say enough about the positive experience we had at Johnson Auto Plaza. Our salesperson, John Meyers is excellent: very professional, and a great help in explaining the many features of our new auto. Feel this is the beginning of a long relationship with Johnson Auto.

First Time Buyer

I had never had any experience buying a vehicle before coming to Johnson Auto, but they made the whole process incredibly smooth. There was an incredible selection of vehicles and I felt that I very much got to choose my own pace when browsing the selection. Plus, there location near a variety of streets made my test drives feel much more inclusive, covering highway and residential speeds. The facility itself was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly. Very low pressure, which was not what I had expected. I have already pointed a couple of friends toward this dealer for their next purchase and I recommend that anyone reading this consider doing the same for themselves.
