CODY IS A GREAT SALESMAN

We were not harassed the minute we walked onto the car lot. We browsed and then went inside for help. Cody was very nice and not a pushy salesman. They were fair with the price and trade-in.

My Experience at Johnson's Auto Plaza

I was very pleased with my experience here. I was in contact with a dealer over the Internet, and when I arrived at the lot, all of my information had already been entered; it made the buying process rapid and painless. The customer service was excellent. In fact, we had three different people helping us out, and not in that stereotypical overly-burdening way, in a helpful way. I would recommend Johnson's Auto Plaza, absolutely!

Great Service

Found the sales representatives to be very friendly and helpful. John made sure we were comfortable with every step of the sales processes. And Chris was so nice he came in on his day off when both myself and my significant other were available to take a second test drive.

Great used car repair experiance

I really needed a low price SUV for me and my three little boys. Got a great 03 Durango but a week after I bought it the window stuck in the down position while in the mountains. I called our Finance Manager John and he got me to see Jack and Larry in the Service Department. I know the car was "as is" but they had new parts installed in an hour and at No Charge. Very caring. The best!

Image never been a big fan of the car buying process until we worked with Rich Jeffers....he made it so easy and pain free ! Rich found us what we wanted and was so patient with my husband and I, we have told all our friends about our experience with him and we hope he is still there the next time we buy another vehicle. Thanks for all the help and we love the truck!

Rich Is The Best In The West!

I don't know what I'll do if Rich Jeffer's ever leaves Johnson Auto. He has made buying trucks painless. I have bought my last 5 trucks from him and from time to time I have had other dealerships prepare a quote to see where I stand. No one ever comes close to his quotes and best of all he treats me like I'm an intelligent person! He shares all of the numbers with me and nothing is ever hidden. Thanks Rich, you're the best!

Shockingly bad service

I have been taking my vehicles to Johnson Auto for the past 10years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service department and staff. In the past I would get a fair quote and estimate time of completion. The final cost always came under the quote and completed earlier than expected. On March 26,2013, I took my truck in to take care of a check engine light, they quoted me approximately $800 to fix the problem. I gave them the ok to fix the issue. The next day I got a call that it was completed and the finally damage was $1100 but they gave me a discount so I only had to pay $950. What kind of business has Johnson Auto turned into?! That is POOR customer service!!!!! They also did me a "favor" by taking care of a factory recall, that also cost me an extra $35. How was that a "favor" I was planning on buying a new vehicle this fall and my daughter was also looking at a MOAB Jeep. I like to keep my business local but have decided to look else where.

Great Customer Service

Johnson's is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have already recommended Johnson's to several friends and they have all been treated just as good. The buying process was fast and simple and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I will do everything I can to have all of my service done at Johnson's, as well as any other vehicle purchases.

outstanding service

Rich Jeffers made buying a new car so easy, he found the exact one I wanted at another dealership, had it delivered to my house because of my busy schedule, and they took my trade back to the dealership for me. He even had the paper work sent with my new car for me to sign. Couldn't be simpler!

Best Car Dealership Experience

We have had to have our vehicle serviced a few times at Johnson Auto Plaza, our experiences have been exceptional with them. Not only did they meet all our needs, they were very good at keeping contact with the progress of the repairs. We have also used Johnson Auto Plaza for financing on a one of our vehicles. It was so fast and easy, with great care taken. Rich Jeffers has gone above and beyond, helping us find the perfect car for us. We would recommend Johnson Auto Plaza and Rich Jeffers to anyone!
