I came to Mike Maroone south and was greeted by Rick Buckner. He was a very pleasant guy (which brought my suspicion up). I told him what I was looking for and he scoured the lot to find me the type of truck I wanted. He had me take one for a test drive. It was not a short ?around the block? test drive, but a REAL ?through town and on the highway? test drive. I mentioned some vibration in the truck when we were driving. Without hesitation, Rick told me ?don?t worry. We WILL take care of that!!? He took me back and even let me keep the truck for the night to show my wife (she works until 10pm). He did not blink an eye or hesitate for a second. Chris Graham, the sales manager, signed off on the overnight loan and I was off. I brought the truck back and Rick already had all the paperwork ready for me when I told him I wanted the truck the next morning. He was helpful and so kind the entire time. Chris Graham was amazing. He took my trade in and did not hesitate when I addressed concerns that I noticed with the truck. I was again told ?we will take care of it?. He talked to Eric Esch, the service manager, and they agreed to have the truck inspected again to make sure it was not only safe, but I felt comfortable placing my family in it. Chris even agreed to pay for the after market parts that would be needed for the repair since my truck had a 6? lift on it. I knew this would eat into Chris? profit from the truck but he said he is a man of his word. Mike, the service writer, kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck constantly and made sure I was at ease. He apologized repeatedly for the delay as the service was only a little longer than normal. Mike was a consummate professional and a great ambassador for the dealership. Eric Esch took my truck and had his guys take it into the bays to check it out. Eric came out personally and let me know what was going on with my truck. He said the repairs may take a few days, so he gave me a loaner: a brand new 2018 Silverado. He too apologized for my wait, even though it was a shorter wait than any other dealership in Colorado Springs. He got my truck repaired in half the time he quoted me and personally inspected the repairs and test drove my truck to make sure the repairs were satisfactory to me. Mike would not let me leave until I test drove my truck and was 100% satisfied with the repairs. I test drove my truck and I have never had a truck drive that straight with no vibration in the cab. The mechanics that worked on it had done an amazing job. I know, personally, how much work it takes to do a suspension and alignment job and they knocked it out the park.

I appreciated the friendly help of Peter Mowers in looking at the damage on my car and then the responsiveness of Lisa Percival to my questions about repair of the car. The finished repair brought an ecstatic "wow" from my friend when she first saw my car! And that was an echo of my exact feeling too!!! Also the lady at the desk was very gracious & accommodating in her speech and attitude, which is wonderful when a customer is already feeling angst about the damage to her automobile!

Good customer service Luis kept me well informed with my application status he did a wonderful job and so did mark who finalized my paperwork great job!!
