Terrible buying experience. They lied about my title. Which I would?ve never received. They owed money on a car still but they still sold it which made it harder on me

Disappointed
I brought my daughter to look at stock no s301591 2004 Nissan Murano SL SUV Price:$4,195 when we got there we were told sold as is. We where told that the car had no shocks and would have to be tow to our house. But the asking price was the same for a running car. never coming back. The young man that help us was very nice.

Everyone I dealt with their was polite courteous and they have contacted me a number of times since about other vehicles that have come in and are keeping a lookout for the type of vehicle I want Andrew was especially helpful even though I couldn't find the vehicle I wanted I would go there again

Sat for 2 hours
So I scheduled an appt over 2 weeks ago with Jim. He scheduled it for 0830 and so I arrived at 0830 and Andrew couldn?t find my appt. so he asked who I was here to see I said Jim. So Andrew said he would get with Jim to find out since Jim knew what was going on and Andrew asked me if I want to wait inside and so I said well how long will it take he said he will get back to me on that. Well I waited 2 hours and no response (my fault on waiting just figured that my car was being worked on) so at 1030 I went out to check and found Jim and he looked all around for the paperwork could not find it. And then he said what I was in here for so I told him it was about my new 2017 impala alignment issues it?s still pulling to the right. Which I had a steering wheel issue as well as an alignment issue over 2 months ago with them trying to fix it twice already. So I brought it back for a third time. So Jim knew nothing about the appt and as well no one told him about my car being there. He said if I want to wait some more well then I said if you can get it on the rack and figure it out in less than 30 minutes then sure. Jim said no he couldn?t. So I told him I will take my business elsewhere since they couldn?t do their job correctly as well as inform the person doing the work and customer about what?s going on. If you can?t do the job correctly then why would I bring my business there to you since still after 2 attempts could not fix the issue or even if a new issue popped up then fix that one as well.

2500HD Service and recall
Doug Miller of the Service Dept was exceptional! He explained in detail what was going to be completed on my 2500HD.concerning the factory safety recall. When we were done checking in my truck I inquired about another issue concerning my transmission. He research it for me and also took care of that problem (cooler lines)!

Selling my car
VERY POOR EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. Last Saturday, I called to see if the dealership had interest in purchasing my 2010 SS Camaro. I explained I lived 2.5 hours away and wanted to check before making the trip from Leadville. I was told yes, come on down. I made the trip, after agreeing (reluctantly) to the offer made, I was advised that they wouldn't be able to cut the check until the following Monday because the title clerk wouldn't be available until then. Reluctantly I again agreed, mistakenly trusting the manager. Called the dealership on Monday to follow up and was then advised it would be the end of this week or possibly the next week. I stated my dissatisfaction and was promised a call back. I have reached out everyday this week and its now Friday and I have spoken to a variety of managers each promising a callback and none of them have followed through. Today as I spoke to the operator I asked to escalate to the general manager of the store. They have my free and clear title, power of attorney over the car, the car and the money. I was advised by the operator the GM was not available and he did not have set hours/ stated 'comes and goes no real schedule. No idea when he might be available.' THIS IS COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!! I feel taken advantage of on so many fronts. I am distraught, angry and still without the check. Now it will be next week at the earliest before I will even have the check. I owned the car free and clear, there is no lien holder or anything to complicate the process. I am sharing this with anyone and everyone within shouting distance DO NOT TRUST THEM!
