Great buying experience, but service, not so mucj
We called around for the best deal on an oil change and tire rotation. We decided to take it to Courtesy because their price included a free wash and vacuum and we bought our car there. Their price was higher than some of the other places I called, but we decided with a wash and vacuum, it was worth evened out. I specifically asked about the free wash when we dropped it off and was assured that the wash was included in the oil change. The only thing I am certain that they did was vacuum the vehicle. I know they didn’t wash it and since they were deceptive about that I have to wonder if they changed my oil or rotated my tires like they were suppose to.

Great customer service
Even though one makes an appointment, you still have to wait a little. But the customer service is very good.

I dealt with an amazing service advisor named Ben Rivera on my first 2 visits. He was very personable and informative. I had a part on my vehicle that was under an extended warranty, however I was over on my mileage to cover it. He submitted a request and got it approved. I had to leave that day for a friend's medical emergency. When I returned to have the work completed he offered to find an associate to give me a ride back home because the shuttle was not available yet. He was very understanding and helpful. When I had to return for another service I dealt with an advisor named Rodey, he also was very professional and got my car ready in about an hour. I was prepared to spend the morning there and was surprised how quickly the work was performed on my car.

Car was serviced, washed and vacuumed in a timely manner when received my vehicle back had a paper with a card attached stating they wanted to buy back my suv because it was in high demand I took the time for the salesman to appraise my vehicle and they came back with a insulting number, otherwise everything was fine

Getting your car serviced does not so bad when you can enjoy free cappuccino, Wi-Fi and the daily paper. Not to mention that the associates are always very nice, polite and helpful.

Ac heroes
My AC broke the other day. Ariel at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It took awhile but my ac was fixed.
