Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

Appreciate the honesty and transparency regarding the vehicle inspection and what work had been done on the car. Jessica was great at keeping me informed of where she was in the process and what the next steps would be. It was a pleasantly quick but not rushed buying experience.

I have always wanted a Mini Cooper and finally made my dream a reality. My salesperson was Noah Ciminski and from my initial dealer visit he was completely dedicated to answering all of my questions even if my questions were not always the most intelligent. Ultimately he helped me order a 2025 Countryman directly from the factory. In the beginning the only thing I knew about this car was what I read online. I quickly found out that Noah is not just a salesperson, he is a true Mini Cooper aficionado and owns an amazing Mini himself. He was absolutely invaluable to me during the process of making the appropriate option selections so I could build my dream Countryman. With his help I was able to select the options, color and even the aftermarket stripes to make what I can only describe as an amazing car. While the car is new, I believe it captures the Mini attitude of the generations of Mini’s that came before it and that is just what I wanted. It took a few months to get my Mini and Noah kept me apprised of the build and the car’s journey from Germany. When my car arrived Noah sent me a quick video of the car inside and out so I could see it. I am not sure who was happier to see the car, Noah or myself. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Noah was amazing and guided me through everything I needed. As a side note, when I first went to see the car for the first time Noah had it covered on the floor of the showroom. Throughout this process I was made to feel like the most important person at the dealership. I took my Countryman home today and I could not be happier Noah - thank you for a wonderful car buying experience; this experience will be how I gauge all future car buying experiences.
