They don't fix my car and they offer to fix it or return my money I Spend 1600 dollars they don't fix my 2016 countryman

What an easy, professional experience! Lisandio was very responsive to my initial email request. In fact, I had multiple appointments to test drive vehicles at other locations. I decided to go to Lisandio as my first stop because of his quick, professional response.

We had a great buying experience at Schomp Mini. Licandio was very responsive to our inquiries, sending videos of our prospective car and keeping in communication with us while we waited for our car to go through one last inspection. This is our second Schomp buying experience and I find they have the best prices and employees I enjoy working with.

Everyone at Schomp Mini is top notch! Christian my service manager and Adrienne, my service technician were very professional and ultra communicative. I liked this company so much that I returned 2 days later and traded in my 2013. Countryman for a 2024! My salesperson, Charlene spent so much time with me throughout that process making certain that I was happy with every aspect of my trade in and purchase. I am a Schomp customer from here on out!

I will start by saying I am very happy with my Mini. I came in on a Friday afternoon. The sales person I had been texting with was busy. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and another associate helped me with test driving the vehicle. I did have to wait several hours to complete the cash purchase. At this time it was quite late. My car was sent for detail but it was assumed I wasn’t taking it that night because it was so late. My key was in the locker of the employee but I was provided the spare and the key was mailed to me. I was hoping at some point someone would go over some of the features of the car. I’ve purchased a certified preowned Mini in the past and was given a very nice walk through of the vehicle. In this instance I was given my car and I was literally the last person at the dealership. I wasn’t comfortable sitting alone at night in the parking lot trying to learn about my vehicle. It was snowing and I had an hour drive home. I’m still trying to learn the nuances of my Clubman and set myself as primary driver. Overall I feel as though my experience is probably the exception, however, I’m not sure I would purchase another vehicle here based on this experience.

Bought a WRX from here on a Saturday and overall a good experience. We had a question about a recall and questions were answered in a timely manner. Jessica Blake provided great service. Next time we will go early and on a Thursday in the AM. That way everyone can go home on time:)

Noah was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole purchasing process. He explained every step & answered my many questions. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy.
