We had the best experience at Schomp Mini. Stopped in to check out the Mini convertible at my husbands nagging, I was very happy with my old car and was probably going to renew a lease, Nick was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest and explained all the features of the car. He told me to take it out for a long drive and see what I though.. The car was awesome!!!! Set an appointment to talk to Nick the next day, there was no pressure. Went back and bought it. Nick made the process easy and we left happy customers. I even went back a couple weeks later to have him show me other features. He was just as helpful and made a point to let me know I could stop in with any concerns. Would highly recommend Nick if you're looking for a Mini.

I had been thinking of purchasing a new Mini Cooper for several years. The last time I purchased a new vehicle was 1987! So needless to say, I was nervous. I came to Schomp Mini because it was the closest dealership to Colorado Springs. After test driving a few, I built my Mini online and sent it to the dealership. Nick called and I instantly felt like I had an expert on my side. He made a personal connection with me in order to truly discover the car that would fit my lifestyle and individual preferences. Any hesitation I had about this major decision was addressed and discussed. Once my car was ordered Nick was wonderful about keeping me informed about the progress of production and tracking the transport. The finance process, handling our trade, and purchasing paperwork were fully explained and simplified to keep our trips to Denver minimal. By the time I took procession of my Mimi I felt like Nick was a personal friend who always had my best interest as a priority.

I appreciated Nick' honesty and that he kept me informed as my paperwork was being processed. It was a pleasureable experience. I love my MINI!!

Nick was a great salesman, very know knowledge about the cars. He went out of the way to deliver my car to me, since I had to leave it over the week end. I have bought 5 cars from Schromp in the last few years.

After having my new car for a few days, I was able to sit down with Merrie and ask all the questions I hadn't thought of when I initially took the car off the lot. She listened to me and gave me the answer and more. I am so happy with my new Mini!!!!

I don’t equate getting a new car lease as a pleasant experience; however, Merrie at Mini Schomp was great. She provided me with all the information that I neded either by email or text. She was always available on the phone as well. I did the whole process remotely, whoch allowed me to be as efficient with my time as I could be. When I went to the dealership, everything was ready and I was out with a new car in less than one hour. Great experience!

I recently purchased a "Certified Pre-Owner" MINI and they treated me professionally and yet like one of their family. Noah Toro my sales rep/helper was great and we completed the purchase in under 2 hours including a long test drive. Later I brought the car in for service and the work was done quickly and correctly.
