Anne was amazing, it had come to the end of the day and I didn’t think I was going to make my appointment. She had got off at 5:30 and went back to work just for me! I made it there, late, and she was still there! She really worked with me to get the price I wanted to pay and was super fun to talk to! Which is important when you spend 2+ hours there! I will definitely send people her way. Thank you for helping me get the car of my dreams! You rock, Anne!

This sale of the 09 beetle was handled entirely by phone; I felt Matt Slavin was honest, friendly, & accomodating in a site unseen purchase, also talked about some personal matters frjom the both of us.

I went into the Schomp on a Saturday wanting to test drive a Mini and did end up waiting for a bit. Of course a nice Saturday afternoon everyone was wanting to test drive. I did not mind so much, the dealer had snacks and drinks and had some fun things to explore. When I finally sat down with a salesperson, Fika introduced herself and asked what I was interested in. After a bit of information she sat me down in one of the booths and went over what I wanted, and gave me some options. Then I got to test drive. I fell in love as soon as I was behind the wheel. Fika took me up a mountain road and I had some much fun driving the car that I was sold almost immediately. When I got back to the dealer though I still was not sure the timing was right so when I told her she did not pressure me, did not try to sell me on anything else and just said well, why don't you try the car out for a little while and then you can bring it back or if you want to buy it we can do it then. It was the least pressure I have felt in a car sales situation and while I was there for quite some time I was happy because the car was definitely what I wanted. When I did decide to purchase I came back with my trade and the paperwork and experience was no problem at all. I definitely would purchase another vehicle from Fika and probably another Mini from Schomp in the future. Might even have to buy my daughter one now. John, the manager was also easy to work with and I was very happy with the experience.

Jeremy made our car buying process as easy and smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Mini's. We did the 'suburban shuffle" for our test drive, dropping off kids, fast food....... Jeremy graciously put up with it all. I am already loving my Mini and experience with Schomp.
