Schomp Mini

I received a quick response to an online inquiry of a used MINI. I have purchased a MINI from this dealership in the past and felt confident that I would be getting good, honest, service. Anne was my salesperson and she did not disappoint! She was very friendly, knowledgable about the product and very patient with me. I love my new vehicle and would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future.

When my father and I went to Schomp mini, the service was great. We had a quick meeting set up a test drive and were sold on the car on the first one. We new it would make a great gift for my mother, who we were surprising with the car on Christmas. Overall enjoyed the service and got everything we wanted in the experience.

I already owned a 2013 Mini Countryman and loved everything about it until I learned the 2018 model had improvements (higher clearance and dual heat/ac for backseats). For those reasons I decided to trade in my 2013 for a 2018. I did my homework checking online for over a year for value of my trade-in and availability of cars that appealed to me. I started speaking with Fika at the beginning of my search and she stayed in contact for the entire year. Finally it was nearing the end of the year and I was between buying from Mini Loveland and Schomp. Mini Loveland offered more than Schomp for my trade in and had same offers available but didn’t have the inventory. Around this time, Fika offered to bring me a 2018 to try at home-that and the better inventory made me decide to buy again from Schomp. Once at the dealership she spent hours with me deciding exactly which car I wanted. We test drove and got down to two choices based on my budget. Of course I chose the more expensive one and I’m very happy with my new car. All in all a great experience and fun have Fika as my salesperson!

Being a British woman here in the States for over 14 years and this was my VERY first car deal. I was totally upfront with Fika, I told her my fears and the horror stories of car sales people, that I had been told. She blew all those stories out the water. She took the time to find out who I was, what I wanted and WHY. This was my first experience of car leasing/buying - it was the nicest experience EVER. I have the car I always wanted, named her aptly Henrietta (true British name) and she is a dream. Not only did I get the car I wanted, I have a new friend in Fika. In a business that is predominately male orientated, to find a young lady passionate about her job and able to transfer that passion to her customers, that is a wonderful strength. I am happy to recommend (actually proud) Fika for your Mini Experience. She knows her industry and it shows. After putting off getting the car that I wanted, I encountered a great experience working with Fika. It's been months since I wanted to get a Mini and Fika made me fall in love with it. I tried to work with other dealers, but there was always some dose of a turn off for me. But, she was able to work with me making me feel welcomed, since I had lots of requests and she was completely accepting with what I needed. Very knowledgeable, no pressure, informative person. And everything went quickly without wasting time. I enjoy driving my Mini so much!
