Don't bother unless you have all the time in the world

Wanted to test drive specific used cars from website, took an hour of consultation and computer work , then waited 30 min for sales person to try and find vehicle ... ended up walking out , nobody even acknowledged that we were leaving ... this place is a hipster trendy failure ...

Never had better treatment!....

With the help of their salesman, Jason Rash, I was able to lease/finance and get insurance for my new Mini Countryman while laid up in the Cheyenne, WY Veterans Hospital. All this was done on-line, including having to get insurance for it as a resident of New York State. I plan on picking the Mini up next Monday and then driving home to NY after a brief detour to see my daughter in Aspen. I can't overstate how helpful Jason and the whole team at Schomp were to me, and how easy they made the whole deal proceed. If possible, I'd give them ten stars---I highly recommend them.

Amazing car buying experience!

Adrian was our sales advisor and he was just awesome! Super friendly, upfront and helpful. My main worry was that they would low ball our trade in value but instead they gave us exactly what we wanted! There was no haggling over price at all, which made the process a lot faster. Overall we could not be happier with our new car and price we got if for!

Great customer service!!!

We bought our first Mini at Schomp and the experience was excellent. We had to leave early for my son's soccer game and Dee hustled to make that happen without having her customer service suffer. She kept us up to date through the whole process. Dee was awesome. Thanks Schomp Mini!

Second date with Mini genius

Zac was very knowledgeable and helped me learn more about the technology in my Clubman. I didn't feel rushed and had time to try out some if the features until I felt confident. Love this dealership - clean and modern, with friendly staff.

Outstanding Customer Service and Follow-Up!

If you want to experience the VIP treatment from beginning to end this is the dealership for you. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had. Not only was my salesperson amazing and patient, but the finance team were great in getting me the best finance package. I have had my car for a year now, and I can't say enough about their service department. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. And the follow up is amazing.

Warranty

The best thing we did was buy a Mini that carried the certified PreOwned vehicle warranty. The day we had our first visit the tech person showed us how to use the driver seat and the seam on the fabric on the outside of the drivers seat came apart.. Ralph Schomp looked at the problem, ordered a new seat cover and when it came in we took the car over to have it installed. The mechanics checked the fluids to make sure everything was good. Service was great from start to finish.

Stress-free car buying

Having bought several new and used cars, my experience with Schomp and our sales person Dee and Danielle was exceptional. Dee made the entire sales process easy and comfortable. She took her time and had great patience with our questions. Danielle closed the day with an thorough overview of my new mini and welcomed me back for a 'second date'.

Trustworthy

I just leased a new 2016 Clubman which was on a year end closeout sale. I buy a lot of new cars. What I like about Schomp Mini and BMW is that they are really straight. All the numbers are there. You go over them and very importantly they do not throw a lot of sucker add-ons at closing. There are things you can do and add on like warranties and service but they all at least have value. When done you real payment or lease is very similar to what you expected or saw added on. They are quick, efficient and friendly. They have a few long term people there that I always enjoy seeing. Their new facility is awesome, too. I have bought about a half dozen cars from Schomp Mini and always had a good experience. I have had many services up to full engine replacements (warranty) and simple detailing. I love new cars but I really hate the buying process. I have never had a bad experience trading or buying cars at Schomp. It is straight up and no tricks like many other dealers.
