Gabriel (sales person) and John (sales manager) did a great job demonstrating the vehicles I wanted to look at. I was provided a very fair trade-in valuation on my VW EOS. Financing terms were perfect, rate and length of payment. A noise was detected during test drive. After service evaluation, the cost to repair the vehicle was $2,200. Rather than attempt to switch me to another vehicle, the dealership ate the entire repair in order to ensure that I could take delivery of the vehicle that I wanted. Great job Schomp Mini

Unless you want an unacceptable inspection, broken parts, unreasonably expensive service, unreliable staff, or constant visits, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. They broke my mirror, didn't wash my car after service, charged me $2,000 for awful service (which I need to have serviced AGAIN). They have unreliable staff who rush through work and still charge $140/hour. Everything about this dealership was not okay. Fix your stuff MINI.

I contacted Schomp Mini to look at a used Mini Countryman for my daughters first car. The car we looked at was not quite right, but the salesperson, Adrian, said he would look out for the perfect car for us. Within two weeks, he had found one that had just been traded in. It was perfect. Due to personal circumstances, the financing was difficult, but Adrian and his team worked through all the issues in a very respectful and private manner. He was always in contact with me, gave me heads up frequently, and let me know all of the stumbling blocks. Once they had financing sorted out, they continued to look for better options. I went in to sign the papers once all was ready, Adrian was not available but I had the pleasure of meeting Lana and she spent hours with my daughter and I to make sure we were fully satisfied and knowledgeable of all the options, warranties, etc. There was no pressure at all, everyone I dealt with was honest, open, and seemed genuinely happy. The whole atmosphere was great - I have never experienced such an amazing car purchase. Thanks Adrian, Lana, and Schomp folks!

Ralph Schomp MINI has a modern new facility with friendly knowledgable staff and extensive inventory. The purchase and service experience is well orchestrated. I recommend Schomp for MINI, BMW and Honda!
