New Mini

Everything went well only disappointment is you cannot deal with the pricing of add ons and extras. Spent way more than I totally expected . And a tad overpowering with all the extra fee this and fee that.. wanted to spend low 400 for payments and it is now high fours and we put 12k down 😤

Service Dept zero communication

I've had experience with their service dept 2 times (3 if you count when I bought the car and they "detailed" it) Both times I've had my car in their service dept were terrible. This last time is a super long story that sounds like the other 1 star reviews for them that I've read. I had zero communication from them. Every time over the 5 days they had my car, that I needed info from them, I had to call, get transferred around, end up in voicemail, call back, etc. When I finally would get a call back no one could ever tell me what was going on, or even when the parts would arrive. Which by the way, they lead me to believe that the parts were already there when I dropped my car off. Anyway, even though I paid extra for the mini maintenance package, I will be taking my car to Wal Mart from now on. That's how little I trust these guys. And the whole situation could have been avoided with transparency and diligent communication from them.

Great service!

Had a wonderful experience with Janie. Car was being serviced and Janie made me feel welcomed and appreciated during my visit. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Best experience I've had

I was in and out within a few hours with a vehicle purchased. I've had oil changes take longer than it took to buy a car here. I'm extremely impressed with the dealership and the service I received from Lana. I'll be talking up Schomp Mini for years to come.

The Host with the Most

Fika Host was truly a wonderful guide for me through the process. I knew exactly the Clubman I wanted for my wife as a holiday gift, and I needed to make the transaction happen within 3 hours in order to get the car home and surprise her (i.e. to have it sitting in the garage for her when she got home). And Fika made it happen! She even followed me back to the house to effectively make the delivery herself --- so that everything could work out the way I envisioned. I highly recommend Schomp Mini and Fika Host to anyone interested in a an outstanding car-buying experience.

Best dealership in town!

First time shopping at Schomp, since we live in Colorado Springs. I been looking for a Paceman for a month now and I finally found it again Schomp. So far we had the best experience. We love our sales person Lana, she's great, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend this dealership.
