Wonderful Customer Servce When Purchasing a Car!

My husband and I went by there because we were in the area at another dealership and looked online and Schomp had a vehicle we were interested in. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we stepped into our new pre owned vehicle, every person we encountered was great! The customer service was exceptional! They stayed until 10:30 PM to finish the paperwork do we could leave with the vehicle that night! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Communication please?

I wish I had something good to say, but the service department didn't give me anything positive to go off. Keeping it short: poor communication skills, took way longer then it should have, made everything harder then it ever should have been. Even talked to service manager and the situation did not improve. I'm shocked they are authorized to work on MINI's with that level of service.

Painless and Quick

I am hardwired to dislike car dealerships. I can't help it. I'm sure it is something that dates back to the days of when they took your keys and threw them on the roof and said they lost them. But, I recently had a relaxing car buying experience here. They had a used Truck I had been looking at and when I finally decided to make the purchase, they were more than fair with the price of my trade in. Jake Williamson was easy to work with and very pleasant. Most importantly however was how fast they worked my deal and got me out the door. I had to get to work and they absolutely pushed my paperwork through at a record pace. Nice work.

Matt Tewmey provided great customer service

After my 3rd trip to the service department for a lightbulb malfunction in less then a week, I was extremely frustrated. Instead of getting to the bottom of the issue they were just changing the bulb. I was driving back and forth and planting myself in the waiting room over and over. I was explaining to the lady who was checking me out that there was more to the issue, because it kept happening and that i would really appreciate not making a 4th visit in a week for the same issue when Matt Tewmey overheard my frustration and took leadership and ownership of the issue. Wow! he listened and took the time to help rather then just offer a band-aid approach. He listened asked questions and confirmed my issue and concern.... Are you listening Schomp management this guy is a big asset to your team. Tonight my review would have been a 1 star but after I talked with Matt I give him a 5 star perfect rating for perfect customer service! Matt could teach a class on how to handle unhappy customers. I personally would hire Matt. Matt you turned a very unhappy customer around very skillfully. Great Job!!

Miscommunication nightmare. Horrible Documentation

Took vehicle to dealer for first service. Technician came out and told my wife the tires were getting close to being worn at at 5/32. Would recommend them now for convenience since we live in the springs. It is not convenient to spend 600 dollars when the tires are halfway worn. I don't care if winter is coming or not. Should have said, tires are at 5/32 ... will need tires maybe by the next service. My husband has been in Texas after having surgery. After filing out the survey from Mini, my husband got a call from his former employer letting him know that Mark the Gm of the dealer called him asking him to keep his employees in line better. That is ridiculous. I would strongly caution anyone to use this facility.

I went to purchase a Mini and I was extremely nervous. Car buying I find overwhelming and confusing and I was worried about pushy salesmen. BUT I found the service at Schomp Mini extremely helpful and respectful of my wants and needs for a car purchase. Nic Goulet was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to identify my wants and price range for a great car. He identified exactly what I was looking for and did it professionally. If you are looking for an ideal and positive car buying experience, I would highly recommend asking for Nic at Schomp Mini.

Nic was extremely helpful in getting the information I...

Nic was extremely helpful in getting the information I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the entire process I never felt intimidated or pushed into buying something I didn't want. He was patient, relaxed, and non-threatening. I even came on multiple occasions to see multiple cars until I found the one I wanted. Never did he ask, "are you going to make a decision soon?" or convey that he was wanting to make an immediate sale. He is the exemplary opposite of a 'pushy car salesman'. When it came to finally buying, Nic took every step to make the process streamlined, easy, and enjoyable. He clearly explained to me the necessary materials to bring on the purchase date, and how the process worked. When I arrived, he already had the car cleaned, detailed, and sitting in the showroom garage, waiting to be driven off. All this for a USED car. I never thought I would receive such VIP treatment for a second-hand vehicle. I strongly recommend Nic for any promoted or expanded sales role at Schomp, including a management or training position. He knows how to do the deal right, and with knowledge and respect. He is clearly a seasoned veteran at this trade, despite his age. If this is how people and staff at Ralph Schomp do business across the board, then there is no better dealer group in Colorado. Period.

AWESOME Experience Working With Bailey

I bought two cars in 2013, and wish I'd bought both of them from Bailey instead of just the one. Her customer service is excellent, and I found the buying process to be easier than the other MINI dealership in the area. Schomp has pre-discounted, no-haggle pricing, and if you do your research you find that it's actually the best in the area. Who wouldn't want a great deal, easy buying experience, and a saleswoman who not only knows her stuff but owns a MINI herself? If you go to Schomp, ask for Bailey. Don't even bother working with anyone else. It's worth it to have the zero-pressure experience. And I love my Cooper!!

My neighbor recently purchased a Mini at Ralph Schomp Mini. He had an awesome sales experience with one of your salesman, Paul Villard. He provided excellent customer service, and exceeded all of his expectations of Ralph Schomp. His experience with Paul Villard was so positive; the next time I consider purchasing a vehicle, I will definitely make Ralph Schomp my stop for car sales!
