Don't buy used
To basically sum up my problem with Laramie GM . July 2020 Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Noticed a problem with the brakes during test drive. Had them check it, and what they found was the rear driver side axle seal was leaking. They told me they would be willing to fix, and replace the brake it if I committed to buying the vehicle. I made the purchase, and was given a deadline of the next morning for the vehicle to be ready. That deadline kept changing over the next 3 days. I was finally told that it was fixed, "detailed", and ready to go. When I picked it up I first noticed that besides hosing down the Jeep and a poor tire shine job nothing else had been "detailed'' the interior was still just as dirty and dusty. No big deal there tho. By the time I finally got the Jeep I had to rush back to Riverton for work as I had already missed 2 days of work. A week later I bought new tires for the jeep, and got an alignment. When installing the new tires it was noticed that the axle seal was still leaking. I contacted Laramie GM twice about this issue, and never got a response back. I gave them plenty of time to do so, and heard nothing back. That is why I am now leaving this review. SO in summary I would not suggest buying used from this dealership. I feel they made promises then fell through, as though they probably don't care about used sales so much as new.

Used Lemon
Waited to write a review about the Laramie GM Auto Center at 3600 Grand Ave, Laramie, WY. Errors on my part and some on their part. 1. I purchased a used 2003 Honda Accord in October 2018 (with under 140,000 miles) 2. I observed an anti-freeze smell before purchase, but the salesman said that the radiator was just replaced. So, he and I thought the anti-freeze smell was probably just some anti-freeze that spilled and was burning off. 3. The anti-freeze smell went away for a few days but returned. And, the radiator was low on anti-freeze. This happened over the next month or so. 4. I called Laramie GM Auto Center and the Service tech said that the radiator was not replaced. 5. I called my mechanic who said it was a blown head-gasket causing the anti-freeze leak. This would be a very costly repair. 6. I called Laramie GM Auto Center again, during the daytime, and had to leave a voicemail. I did not receive a return phone call from anyone at Laramie GM Auto Center. 7. BEWARE. BE CAUTIOUS before buying a used vehicle from Laramie GM Auto Center.

6 hour drive to laramie wasted
called the Laramie GM auto center about a 2011 GMC terrain, they told me they still had this car for sale. then i went to my bank to get check to buy car. then i drove 3 hours from denver to laramie to buy the car. when i walked in the door they told me the car was already sold!!! pathetic!!! 6 hours spent driving and they sold the car out from under me. beyond pathetic. avoid this dealership
