Salesman catastrophe
I had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle from this gm. Vince Sanchez is a shady salesman, he's disrespectful and integrity is a quality Mr Sanchez does not possess. He lied, cheated and later refused to answer his phone to be confronted. He asked to borrow 200 dollars, which is very unprofessional, and later it was like pulling teeth to get it back. He cheated us out of a set of used tires which he also ended up pocketing 200 dollars for himself. The truck purchased had three broken lug nuts, which could have ended in a serious accident and Mr Sanchez happened to forget to throw in a jack. I ended up having to contact Brad Morehouse to address the situation. Mr. Sanchez didn't even have the decency to apologize. The behaviors and actions Vince Sanchez performed reflects upon the entire establishment. I will never do business at this dealership again.

Best Experience Ever
Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Our salesperson was Joseph "Joe" and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased and the entire process. We found our vehicle online, drove 2 hours to pick it up and was out in less than an hour. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. They even apologized for it being so quick but that is honestly one of the things that we were super impressed by. I highly recommend this dealer. They are a great, honest company with great employees.

They care
I purchased a truck never seeing it but they made sure they send me every picture of every angle of the truck and were willing to meet me to pick the vehicle up. They worked hard on all my financing options and we're willing to talk to me about any questions I had would definitely do business with them again

2015 Chevy Silverado 2015 Buick Enclave
i bought a new 2015 chevy Silverado and am completely happy with the vehicle . also i am quite pleased with the salesmen and shop. they all made the buying process easy and not pressured in any way. one of the things that i will remember is the price that is on the vehicle is the final price. i had a good experience with Laramie GM that i went back and bought a 2015 Buick Enclave. and all the same with it. Buy your next vehicle here, you wont be disappointed

What service was really done on my car?
I called on 5/19/17 to schedule my vehicle for service on 5/22/17 then had to reschedule for two days later, 5/24/17. I really only wanted the fuel filter and oil changed but was talked into the 30,000 mile service/inspection. I left my vehicle in the morning and called at the end of the day and was told they had completed everything but the oil change. They were not able to locate an oil filter, when they had 5 days from my original call. I picked up my vehicle, paid $578.00 and was told they would call me the next day when they had a filter. My vehicle oil sensor had been reset, but the fuel filter replacement had not been reset. I am not certain for sure what service was actually performed? So, this is 7 weeks later and GM Auto Center has yet to call to complete my original request of an oil change. I happened to be in Cheyenne on 5/27/17 and picked up an oil filter from the GM dealer there and changed the oil myself.
