Chevist went above and beyond to keep me with the limits of my payments and interest rate for my loan and got his manager involved to work with me as well. Was not be best customer service. The vechiles were nice and the price was decent. I would like to see more hands on salesman to teach me more about the car

I have always had a great experience with East West Lincoln Mercury especially with my sales person, Donald Caldwell, Mike, Mr. Lou and Erica in the Service Department and DJ in the body shop and the other members of the team at East West. Smooth operation. Service was performed efficiently and effectively. Tech was unable to find cause of slow leak from tire.
