Great dealership!

Steve Jones is a great salesman to work with at Kendall auto mall. Very friendly and helpful during the buying process. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.

Worst Chevrolet service department in Idaho. Didnt call...

Worst Chevrolet service department in Idaho. Didnt call me back for 3 days. Only got ahold of them after calling and leaving a message, after showing up in person. Not willing to help customers who have purchased from them. Wanted to charge me $135 diagnostic fee to tell me weather or not it was covered under warranty. The last time I had had a truck in for repair they returned it to me with grease all over the fender, and spilled def all over the engine compartment when filling it and left it. Tried to use the drop of service and there was no envelopes to put the keys in and the drop box was wide open with no way to lock it. Poor Poor service. i would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Very discussed with this dealership, they take advantage of senior citizens who are on a budget. They push extra things on these older people without explaining. I will never go back, horrible service!

Kendall ?BEST DEALER EVER?

I will literally never buy a car from anyone else. Quick and easy. No back and fourth. We went to a few dealerships just too look and no one came close to how helpful Kendall was. There is literally nothing that I would change from my total experience from beginning to end.

Great Dealership

Found the car online. Everything was ready to sign by the time we got there. Salesman even found us additional coupons that Chevy was offering that we didn?t know about.

Easy car buying experience

Andrew Bradburn was an easy sales person to work with. We did not know what kind of auto that we wanted. He was very patient and let me wife sit in about 10 of them and drive 3. He was not hurried and was a pleasant experience. I also enjoyed that we did not work on the price. There was a competitive price on all autos and that was easy for us to keep under the budget we had set.
