I had the best car buying experience in 40 years at Kendall in Nampa, ID. I live in Oregon, but was willing to travel to the next state due to the deal and courtesy at this dealership. My salesman, Dustin Seward is a professional and we settled the price of the new vehicle and the value of my trade in by email and telephone. When I arrived at the dealership, my new vehicle was fully prepared and the time required to sign documents was at a minimum. I also met the vice president of the dealership, and appreciated the time he spent with me in spite of his busy schedule. He manages by "walking around", which insures he has the pulse of his business and jumps in to assist his staff whenever needed. I cant say enough about this experience, and I plan to return when I am in the market for another vehicle.
