I took my KIA in to have the part replaced due to a letter I had received and I was headed out on a trip. The 45 minute timeframe turned out to be over an hour and a half and in 24 hours I experienced the accelerator stalling and check engine light came on.This was exactly what they were supposed to have fixed. I was not happy and will have to take my KIA back in got another long wait and hope they do fix it this time.

We purchased a new GMC Sierra pickup from Edmark. Our salesman was Rick Romero, he was a very personable guy with a lot of patience. We had started out looking at a used pickup and were almost through the sale, when we realized that with all the add-ons (extended warranty, service agreement, etc....) that we were within $5K of a brank new truck. As such, we asked Rick to show us some of the new trucks. After looking for over an hour and test-driving two, we finally decided on one. Now it was back inside to re-do all the paperwork, which added on another 2 hours. Rick was really patient and willing to work with us on whatever we wanted. :-) He is a really nice guy, feels like you're hanging out with a friend. We'll be looking for Rick for our next purchase!

We purchased another new vehicle from Geoff Jones and are still beyond satisfied with his commitment to his customers and his work ethic. We knew what vehicle we wanted to buy this time, but we were unsure as to which model would suit us best. Since we live 2 hours away from the dealership - Geoff verbally went over some of the options we were looking for, we went over the specific models, and chose the Hybrid. 24 hours later we are still happy with our choice of the vehicle, as well as Geoff. If you are in the market for a vehicle either new or used, want a salesman that is down to earth, knows the inventory, and goes the extra mile to meet your needs you will love Geoff as much as we do.
