Amazing car buying experience!

I'm a young buyer, and on every other car lot that I went to they treated me like some kid that that could sell some junk car too. Not Bryan, he listened to what I said and treated me with respect. And at the end of it all he got me the car that I wanted within the budget that I had! I would highly recommend Edmark! This is a car dealer that's going to treat you like a person. Not a pay check!

Warranty work performed as proposed

Mike was waiting for me, we had an appointment, my car was taken in and the work was performed, quickly and I was back on the road. Mike came out to find me, sat down with me, went through the paperwork, signed as necessary and off I went. Same service, reliable, friendly, I felt good. Comment about the length of time to purchase a new car. That is a loaded question, in my case I know what I want, I know the option codes, should be nothing more than sitting down at the terminal, give the salesman the code, put it in, and then come to a final price. In my humble opinion.

Recall repair

I have never felt like anything but a valued customer, and person when I go to Kia's service department. They always treat me with respect, and courteously take care of what needs done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome Experience!

They were excellent in showing me exactly what I asked for and were very knowledgeable of the vehicles I had questions on. Very nice and customer oriented. Would recommend them to anyone!! Great overall experience!

First Oil Change.

Great Service Department.They got me in & out with-in 1 hour.First oil change,tire rotation & safety inspection.They have my business!Second new pickup I have bought here & not the last!Thank's.

Service

I purchased my 2014 Sierra in November 2013 and love it. Every service since has been top notch. Tom Jones was very polite and nice to work with. The service time was an hour and Tom called me when my pick up was ready. Edmark is a very good place to do business with.

KIA replacement part for ECU

I took my KIA in to have the part replaced due to a letter I had received and I was headed out on a trip. The 45 minute timeframe turned out to be over an hour and a half and in 24 hours I experienced the accelerator stalling and check engine light came on.This was exactly what they were supposed to have fixed. I was not happy and will have to take my KIA back in got another long wait and hope they do fix it this time.
