Chris Jensen was our sales person at Peterson Toyota. We had our hearts set on another Honda CRV, but after dealing with Chris, we left with a 2018 RAV4 and are very happy with our choice. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions without hesitation and led us through the process skillfully. Chris is our "guy" from now on!

Took my 06 rav4 to Peterson for some warranty work during the summer. Then in Sept. we decided we wanted to upgrade from the ‘07 Tacoma. Mr Mickey in WebSales mailed some info and set us up with an appointment with Dale Pagoda. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our double trade-in, and tho the color we wanted was not available, they searched and found the Barcelona Red 2018 TacoMa we desired. I had searched the web for prices and had a figure in my mind, and Dale could provide the vehicle at very close to my figure without any negotiation or arguing. It was a very pleasant experience and as a Toyota fan, I will recommend Peterson’s Toyota without hesitation.

Anytime I take my car in, not only does it come back fixed properly but it also comes back cleaner than I left it. Ryan worked with my warranty company to make sure everything was rightfully covered and also made sure to get all of my recalls taken care of. Overall great experience and I’d definitely recommend working with him.

Two year quest to acquire p/u truck results in purchase of 2018 Toyota Tacoma 4 WD SR from Peterson Toyota, Boise with Rick Boehs, Shawn Lancaster, Rob Dennison and "Troy". Being a car enthusiast who enjoys the "hunt", I consider Mr. Rick Boehs to be the opposite of the stereotypical auto salesperson. Rick is kind, professional, calm, knowledgeable and patient with the customer. While I requested to call in the "closer/higher authority" in Shawn Lancaster to squeeze the dealership for more value, Rick Boehs was instrumental in getting me my target deal on the truck I researched and wanted. Shopped dealerships in Boise are past 2 years searching for the right p/u truck. Typically cruised lots on Sundays or times when sales people not around. Met Rick Boehs 3 months ago at Peterson Toyota and resulted in purchase of 2018 Tacoma on my terms, no sales pressure or pushing me to buy. Entire purchase was a pleasant experience.
