I bought a car from here last night and was very pleased with my service. The whole process was made easy by my salesman, Stacey, whom I would recommend for a non-aggressive and pleasant experience… from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place!

Purchased vehicle september 2024, Vehicle had only 1 key,

Purchased vehicle september 2024, Vehicle had only 1 key, they promised me second key. They weren't able to provide me second key told me to go to my local cadillac dealer and get one and they will reimburse me. After 5 months of calling Anothony (sales manager ) still didn't reimburse. Anthony won't even return calls.

I recently purchased a new LX600.

I recently purchased a new LX600. Caden and Talia were very helpful and made the purchase easy and quick. I appreciate them. When I returned to have the front license plate bracket attached (my LX didn't come with one), Chris in service happily installed one right away and even screwed the plate on. No waiting or messing around. Chris is exactly what I think of when I imagine an ideal Lexus team member. Thank you!

Horrible experience, do not recommend.

Horrible experience, do not recommend. I have reached out to so called Internet Relations Specialist Makayla Bullis to ask for availability of a Toyota Venza. She sad that they have a policy of $1,000 NON-refundable deposit on a car that is still in transit. On top of it, in order to connect me to a sales person they need my driver license/address and phone number. Seems like a scam and waist of time.
