The service staff was great however the only issue I brought the car in for was not solved so I am still not able to use the garage entry system the car is equipped with even though I replaced the garage openers with new and my other two vehicles ( Mercedes and Ford) work great on all 3 doors.

Shopping for a new car can be an uncomfortable and trying experience. I have to say that was not the case this past week. Mike Matthews and Selver Cecunjanin at Peterson Toyota Scion, in Boise, Idaho, spent a full day with my wife and me helping us find the perfect car for us. In fact, we ended up purchasing two new cars that day. All said and done, Mike and Selver went the second mile to be sure we were happy with the cars, the financial arrangements, and introduction to the service department. I can highly recommend Peterson Toyota Scion and these two individuals.

Our parking light bulb service indicator light came on while we were driving in town. We stopped by Peterson BMW to have it fixed. We assumed we would have to leave the car with them at least overnight. Rafael (our service technician) told us that they may be able to replace the bulb quickly if it was the side marker bulb and not an inner bulb that requires removing the bumper and headlight assembly. I told Rafael that we were getting lunch anyway and he said he would call us to let us know if they could do the job today. Within 20 minutes Rafael had called me and said that the bulb was replaced and that we could pick up the car. He also said that they would have it washed for us, too! Rafael was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in providing information that allowed us to be on our way in a timely manner without wasting a day waiting or driving back to pick up our vehicle! Much appreciated!!! Great people and service as always from Peterson BMW.

Fast, polite. Fast polite. Checked out the new BMWs in the showroom. Can't believe how expensive they are. And they all have run-flat tires which are notoriously low mileage and very expensive to replace.
