I purchased my car from a couple hundred miles away. My sales rep, Brit was very attentive to my needs and clear on everything i needed to know throughout the buying process. I needed to come into Boise to get the car and make a quick turnaround. He picked me up from the airport, had everything ready at the dealership and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Mike Taylor made every effort to help me find the Toyota Tacoma that I was looking for. All the Peterson Toyota employees were very helpful and answered all questions I presented to them. Our car-buying experience was great at Peterson Lexus. Our sales consultant, Jake McArthur was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all its features. He also moved us through the process very quickly which can typically take a very long time. Jake gave us his cell phone number and has been very responsive to any follow up questions we have had. The sales person (Gary) as excellent. I appreciated that fact he knew about his product and was not pushy. However the person in finance (Lynn) would not take no for an answer concerning additional "products". I had to threaten to cancel the deal to get him to quit pushing after I said no multiple times.
