Everyone told me car buying was a hassle but from my experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray I couldn't disagree more! Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and quick to assist me however they could. I felt very well taken care of they gave me a GREAT price on the car of my dreams. Oil Change and inspection
Went in for the Oil Change and inspection. The service rep was awesome! I left my car there for about 5 hours. I just have one complaint that keeps occurring, at least these last 3 visits. I have been having to wait 45 minutes and one time an hour and a half for the paper work so that I can pay. This is unacceptable to me. This last time I had someone waiting for me outside my home. I got to the dealership at 5;15 and didn't leave until 6:20 PM. my car had been complete before I left my office to come down there.

Oil Change
Very helpful, however i was there almost 3 hrs for an oil change and software update recall . Thats a very long time !

Took Toyota Highlander in for service
Larry H. Miller service department did a wonderful job. From greeting us, fitting us into their busy schedule and helping my wife with Bluetooth. We live 170 miles away and we appreciated all the little extras that are done there. Worth the drive over!!!! That's why we have purchased several vehicles from them. Good job!
