Great Service Experience

Due to my extremely busy business schedule, my wife is a trooper and usually ends up handling all of our vehicle maintenance on her own - in and out, making many of the repair decisions on the spot, you name it. When she came home yesterday from her oil change and alignment appointment at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murray, she took the time to say to me, "You know, they are always so nice to me there. They don't try and pressure me to do anything and always give me good advice." And that's not the first time she has said it, either! Kudos to your service department team for doing a great job and making my nervous wife feel right at home, relaxed and comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

Another fast and friendly experience at LHM Chevy

I'm thoroughly impressed by the team at LHM Chevy Service Department. Ralph Harden is a pleasure to work with and the technicians can solve any problem. I firmly believe that. Without getting into too many details I'll describe our experience like this: I called Ralph and told him of our problem, he got us in immediately, the techs fixed the problem and we were treated with courtesy all while a great solution was found in lightning time. Thank you Ralph and your team.

Great work on wheels needing replacement

I am blown away by the work that was done on my wheels at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet. I curbed both rear wheels and left terrible scuffs on each. I was expecting to pay about $1000 for each wheel to be replaced, but I talked to Johnny Griffith at LHM Chevy and he told me the wheels could be fixed. I didn't expect much at all, but when I got my car back in just a few short hours after dropping it off I was floored by the work that was done. The wheels look brand new and the amount of money I saved makes me very happy. I feel like I got away with stealing because it seems like I should pay a lot more to have my wheels look brand new again.

Oil change and tire rotation

Quick, great service. Treated very nicely. Can get log anywhere but treatment of customers to me is important and defines a business
