Great service
I figured that the problem we had with our Malibu would take several days to fix. As it turned out I felt like I walked in and waled right back out with a perfectly functioning Malibu. The service people were friendly and professional, but above all incredibly fast and efficient.

2013 Traverse service
I had a good experience based mainly on good communication, relative speed with which they diagnosed, explained my options, and then fixed the problem. Also the waiting area was clean and comfortable however, the soda machine was broken and powered creamer for coffee is gross but hey they aren't a restaurant I suppose.

Very Efficient
Took my vehicle in for a random misfire issue. They had it fixed in less than an hour. This is not our first experience with the dealership service area and they always take care of the problem in very minimal time.
