I have worked with Pedro a few times and he has always

I have worked with Pedro a few times and he has always been dismissive and shady. I like mark miller but this guy is sub par. He once tried to personally buy my vehicle off of me after hours following a massive repair bill he gave me. Not who I recommend to anyone.

I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this

I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this dealership and have generally been happy with the service. Mark Miller has mostly steered me towards effective and beneficial services. However, this time they pushed a fuel injection cleaning service consisting of a fuel tank additive for $230. Reluctantly I agreed to have this service performed. Buyer’s remorse after researching the benefits of spending $230. My 4Runner, although it has 145,000 miles on the odometer, runs flawlessly. The consensus from my research is that this service provides little if no benefit if my engine is running well and has only a small preventative benefit at best. My observation is that this service is a borderline scam if your vehicle is running well. Pretty pathetic, 230 bucks to but a bottle of additive into your tank. Mark Miller can do better.

To clarify, our fuel injection service goes beyond a simple fuel tank additive. It involves the use of a pressurized cleaning system designed to thoroughly clean the fuel injectors, intake valves, and combustion chambers. This process helps remove built-up deposits and can restore engine performance and efficiency. It’s a preventative maintenance service, and whether or not to proceed with it is entirely your choice. We’re sorry you feel the service may be unnecessary or a scam. That is never our intention—we simply want to present you with all the options so you can make the best decision for your vehicle.
